  1. Its nice to see my old car back on the road again and looking soo good. Looks better with the new front end, I never did like the veilside one I had on it. Time to enjoy the car now Lui. All the best.
  2. Oi you, I stuck that plate on there I didnt like it either but didn't want to block the air flow the the FMIC and didnt want hassle from the police either, so it was my only option really. Although it did look crap
  3. I have spoken to Lui, and he explained what happened. Although he is not blameless it appears to have been an unfortunate sequence of events. Not to mention my old pride and joy getting messed up. I am sure the majority of us here have made mistakes and had accidents in the past. I am not excusing it at all, but some of the comments made are indeed a little out of order. Knowing the facts and not commenting blindly would have been better here. Lui is a nice guy and yes he had an accident, but what people have said in this thread has really got to him and you are putting him off this forum which is a real shame, as this forum is probably the best place to be for any Supra owner in the UK. 2p worth. 4. I obviously spoke to Lui as he bought the car off me a couple of months back. He seemed like a nice guy, and a responsible driver to me. I guess the buzz of showing off got the best of him here. Its a real shame to see all the Time and Money I spent on that car end up this way. I feel sick seeing my old car look like that. "Lui" - tut tut matey, I'll say no more as I'm pretty sure your feeling shit enough right now. Hornet
  5. Oh dear, that makes me feel sick after all the work and money I spent on it
  6. Opinions will always vary, facts are always nice.
  7. Hijack again: So is someone gonna tell what happened to me old car then or what ? How bad is the damage etc ??
  8. Oh dear, my old cars 1st crash. Sorry to hear about this Lui
  9. They are better, and I would recommend possibly looking at a twin fan unit for the existing or upgrading the stock one if you want to be OTT on the safe side.
  10. The car has stock twin turbo's. Running at 1.2 bar. Just curious Lui, why do you need a new Intercooler, the Blitz LM FMIC is less than 1 year old ?
  11. Personally couldnt give a damn. If I have no petrol I cant go to work. Free time off, more quality time at home doing the more important things in life. But i know many people cant do that, so feel sorry for you.
  12. Bloody hell Michael, even though it seems many of us have sold our Supe's just lately i didnt expect to see yours go as well matey. Good luck with sale and let us know what you get next when you decide
  13. I got one, took a while to arrive but was immaculate when it did. It is also made by Seibon. I had the bodyshop fit it and put the bonnet pins in place. The bonnet fits perfect. The bodyshop guy told me not to tighten right down on the bonnet pins, but to leave a small amount of play in them. As when cornering hard the flex in the chassis and tight bonnet pins might not match... PIcs in my signature, although I sold the car to Lui on here about a week ago
  14. Also check the mkiv technical thread as the older 1993 J spec use different rear pads. I provided pictures and order codes.
  15. Yup, its his now Watching it been drove away wasn't nice. But at least Lui seems like a nice bloke and will take care of it
