I'm using the 2g one just now and system wise it's plenty fast. Push email works great and browsing is done via wi-fi, only reason for updating is for the satnav.

Is it really worth the price difference? Been reading reviews and other than the compass and voice control, well nothing much in it as far as I can see

Wouldn't auto rotate on my topaz but may be down to custom rom. Like the way it cycles through mph/kph/knots and so on when taping on speedo. Must soak the power up, got home and connected it to PC and got a warning message about power consumption, never seen that before on! All in, cracking wee app and look forward to the updates

Had a lot of mobile phones now and as much as I didn't like the iphone as an actual phone, still the best for web browsing IMO. G1 is a better all rounder but I still prefer Windows Mobile phones simply for the tweaking factor
