Hi all, ive been looking for another Supra after selling my TT Aerotop over a year ago - it went abroad to Sweden, best car i ever had *sniff* Now my concerns are that, i really dont know a great deal about all the mods, equipment etc that goes into the upgraded Supras and i will be coming into some money and so looking to buy another Supra, maybe this one. My thoughts are though is that i really dont know enough about all the work this car has had and so not sure if its suitable for me (if that makes sense?) Although i love the car itself im not sure if i knew what i would be buying. Ive had NAs before and then moved to a TT Aertop but nothing like this, im not even sure what to do if something went wrong with this car! lol Anyhow, would i be being a bit too naive if i bought this car not really knowing what the hell is inside it? My partner calls it a midlife crisis, i call it im fecked off with working all the time and driving the kids around in a C8, this would be my toy as a treat! What do others think? Im based in the UK so at least it would stay here? Also would this car then be sought after by car mags etc? Just thinking out loud really.....

Sorry mate, wouldve loved it to stay in the club but i had to let it go. Tell me about it, was awful waving her off bless it - even worse when last night i bought a Ford Galaxy....oh the shame. Dont suppose ill ever own a TT Aerotop again, its not a nice thought.

This has now sold - it went to two car importers, one from Birmingham (Midland Auto Company?) and his swedish mate - they were importing 6 cars (2 Supras) to Sweden and mine was the last one. Very sorry to see it go *sniff*

id love it to go in the club, that way i can see what happens to it. Really dont think ill ever have another one of those, its a bit sad really, im sure when i get to the position to be able to afford another one there just wont be any around

Its everywhere else apart from Autotrader - I know it will go i just need it to go quick as i need to buy another two cars and only have ten weeks to do so! Ideally id like to get a replacement for me in three weeks. Curse this credit crunch!

A guy from France and one from Sweden wow! Also got it on Pistonheads and Ebay so now enquiries coming in from there too. fingers crossed!

Like i said, i know nothing about the mechanics so ive never gone under the hood, the man at the garage has when its been serviced. Its never missed a beat in nearly 5 years ive had it. Sure no problem, the previous owner was a guy called Neil Perrin, he bought it from a London Car Collector who imported the vehicle himself. Neil took a jobin Dubai and so that was the reason for selling, he lived in Nottingham - i still have all the emails we swapped about the car - he loved it, to the point where he kissed it when i drove it away! Anyhow the car is 100% genuine and anyone who gets it will be very pleased with it.

The interior is immaculate i can honestly say, no rips tears and the leather is very very nice. I dont have any by pics to hand but i can take some no problem. Its not very clean at all, again i know nothing about the mechanics so never went under the engine, also i really dont trust those 'jet washes' to clean the engine bay, also imnot really into 'bling' so i never paid out for any chrome etc. £7000 will get this very nice example of a increasingly rare car - soon it will start appreciating in value im sure of it. I wished i didnt have to sell it, but its really the only asset i have and its just no good to get one toddler and a newborn in the back really. Im after a mitsubishi space wagon if anyone knows of a nice one for about 2k or something simliar? Thanks anyhow for your interest SupraStar! Regards, Simon

I have a stepdaughter also, and were looking to have another baby straight after as none of us are getting any younger lol So in total there will be three kiddies (hopefully) Im looking for something big to throw lots of things in, as we tend to drive to Holland, France, UK etc for holidays, also something i can chuck bikes into. Decent MPG, cheap and reliable so any suggestions would be great. A friend of mine has a Sedona and they are huge and very practical, especially for my missus as she has a dodgy hip and shes not too strong on opening the doors etc so the sliding ones seem great. But any suggestions would be good. Sure i'll accept 2.5k if you throw in 5k as a sweetner too! heh. Are there not realistic offers out there guys? I need to sell this asap! Well not really, but we need a big people carrier, such as an Kia Sedona or something simliar - the reason i was looking at Zafiras is that they have a good write up in the What Car magazine. Unless someone else can recommemed a good people carrier.

i know a zafira doesnt sound great to me, but they are practical cars and get a good write up on What Car....... Any offers on this anyone?

Feel free to have a think and make me an offer - new family on the way and need to get a practical family car - gutted but only cos i have to let the car go. On the flip side excited that i have a new member on their way
