    What fuel?

I usually use Shell as the Tesco garages around home do not sell super On holiday in Scotland last year I used Tesco Super UL over three weeks and 3.5K miles and the performance was brilliant.
  2. Programmes like Planet Earth fed into a decent 1920 x 1080 tv look amazing! A really cool "upgrade" is to take out the 300GB drive (160 of which is usable by the user) and replace it with a Terrabyte one. I now have over 100 programmes and still have 76 per cent left
  3. Seconded Stunning place to spend an evening and prior to that there is a really good pub just round the corner. I cannot recall the name but if you were exiting the Eastern Eye turn left into Quiet Street and turn first right and the pub is immediatley on the right. The Roman Baths are great, you get to walk on the paving slabs the romans walked on and the whole town is really cool...
  4. I would definitely advise you to go for it. The second turbo really does come to life and prior to that the whole drive is much freer and more responsive I know insurance is VERY variable but mine did not go up that much, but do shop around, I called one who asked "why are you doing this" and doubled the quote and then A plan who only added (if I recall correctly) around £90. Since then I am with Sky who unlike the first year offered me a cheaper still quote for this year.
  5. I have experienced this several times and have come to the conclusion it is simply "camera baiting" .....
  6. Thanks for that It does sound as though they are tough so I'll spray some more WD40 and have another go.....
  7. I have yes, thanks. It's just that having read on here about sheering studs etc I am dreading doing the same. In theory they should come off alright as they were only put on some 50 weeks ago. I was going to give up today but maybe if I spray more on now and leave it 24 hrs it might be easier. At least that will give me at least one more use for my 14mm deep socket.
  8. Would anyone be able to advise the correct/acceptable torque for the three nuts on the studs at the top of the pipe on a Supra Twin Turbo RZ I am attempting to remove them and having finally got a proper socket I am having to use a torque wrench to get more leverage. I am up to 110 ft Lbs and begining to chicken out Thanks
  9. I need to do this and having got under the car can see what you mean. Do you use sockets as the studs are too long for normal sockets? Can you get long sockets? The one on the left side (I think) looks really difficult if it has to be a spanner job
  10. Hi It was me. We were going to Sidcup from West London to see my mum. Westminster Bridge was shut so having been forced into Parliament St and then Whitehall I ended up cruising down the embankment and then all the way to the Blackwall Tunnel. The traffic eased up okay but in those few miles I lost count how many speed cameras there were!! Sorry, did not see you. (Did follow a cool Aston Martin for while though)
  11. It is also on BBC HD Well worth resisting downloads
