  1. Well, I did it online first choose the Supra 1994 Twin Turbo (IMP) which is obviously an Import as it says (IMP), so I runf them to make sure and they said it was correct. So just have to wait and see.
  2. Well that quoted me online, which is great. I also rung up and asked and they said exactly as the online quote said. So I am feeling alot better now, know that I should be able to get insurance for when I get the Supra TT sometime in the New Year.
  3. Tesco wont insure me because I am not 25. I am only 22. Elephant I clicked on the Twin turbo import from the drop down list, so it better be right. I will ring them to get a better quote. cheers
  4. Insurance. I tried insurance with elephant a few weeks back on a supra TT and they wouldnt insure me with some mods. Tried everywhere and no one would insure me Fully Comp except 1 company which was Adrian Flux and they wanted £4K. which is stupid money. I just tried elephant again for a laugh and put in the same mods as I did before online BUT added the misses on to the insurance as well. Well guess what they are quoting me for £1450 with mods, which are full bodykit, non standard exhaust, non standard air filter non standard alloys Interior changes, How sick is that. looks like I will be getting a supra after all. but does seem too good to be true though.
  5. its a brown colour with, gold flakes, lives in the Crawley area.
  6. yeah its me. I cant get insured. doing my head in. so looks like I am going to have to wait.
  7. I declared the following Tinted Windows Non standard alloys Full Bodykit kit Non standard air filter Non standard Exhaust Non standard Radiator Interior Retrim, CAT1 Alarm I think they are reasonable mods, not too much and not too little. The insurances companies said it is because of the mods but I dont think they are that bad,
  8. I cant get insured on a standard supra TT but nothing that has been modified and I got to have it modified as I have got the bug. :flame Dev
  9. I am 22 yrs old, 4 years no claims NO accidents etc Live in a high crime rate area.
  10. Yeah well £4000 is a bit much really to be honest. cant afford that. 3rd party only is £1100. work that one out. thats because it dont cover you for nothing. I have tried everywhere. Adrian Flux is the 4 grand one, and all the others wont even insure me. The 3rd party one is with a company I have never heard off. want a supra TT bad but f**kin insurance.
  11. Yeah thats what I thought. Cant believe I cant get insured with minor mods, like air filter, exhaust and bodykit etc... on a TT Supra. The only quote I got was £4,000 full comp. dont believe it. looks like I am going to have to wait until I am 25 yrs old then.
  12. What do people think of 3rd Party Insurance on a TT jap spec Supra? As that is all insurance companies are offering to insure me on one. Or full Comp is £4,000K which is a much. Would you insure a TT supra 3rd party only?
  13. thanks for your help there, Yeah i am wanting to speand about 15K on a TT supra so i think i will give elephant a call then and see what they can do. I used to be with elephant when they were first around and they would not even give me a quote on my old car with mods so they must have improved in that sense but yeah I hate elephant insurance but will have to pray I dont have to make a claim. thanks again though,:flame Dev
