I want to fit a decent boost gauge before I start messing around with the cats etc.... if I buy say the HKS 56mm gauge to fit in the clock face (looks like it retails at about £100), is there anything else I need, controllers etc? Or is it a plug and play jobby? Thanks in advance

Cheers guys, problem solved (for now at least). RAC truck turned up and jumped it (it would seem that my mates cables weren't up to the task) and everything seems fine. Given it a run about for the last 90 mins to put a bit of charge back in her and it's off out tomorrow for a new battery BTW the constant alarm drone was apparantly caused by the voltage drop sensor May be a long night if it starts playing up again. :flame Dev

When I tried to start my car this morning the battery was flat. After a few attempts the ticking over stopped and I got the tell tail clicking noise (which I believe is indicitive of a flat battery). Having got a mate rount to attempt a jump start the alarm (lazerline cat 1) started sounding constantly regardless of what I did with the keyfob. I can't turn the alarm off and it's driving me (and neighbours etc) up the wall. Because the battery's flat I can't even shut the window which was open Strange thing is when I turn the ignition off, one indicator (right hand set) come on and stay on (albeit dim). All in all it's doing some very strange electrical things and right now I'm stumped..... has anyone seen this sort of thing before?
