    Mma

Yeh, I do mma now - used to do loads of Kenpo, but no comparison really. It all comes down to the club you train at though - like anything you get good ones and crappy ones. My lot puts on Strength & Honour events throughout the year. The next one's on 29th November in Exeter if anyone fancy's a good night out. http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=34145960702 Ohh and for some piccys I took at the last one... http://www.lionsdenuk.co.uk/gallery/strength-and-honour-2_185
  2. Believe it or not the guy was screaming even more than you Ray Not sure I'll still have the car by then as she's got to go - but I'm gonna try and make it anyway. Hopefully see you there!
  3. it's the one between the mid pipe and decat pipe. i guess the next step is to give you some measurements! Not sure at the mo, but will try and find out. Any ideas on price Nic?
  4. Does anyone know where I could source the gaskets for an APEXi exhaust and if so roughly how much?
  5. That's a nice looking wheel - Shame NERO looks like NERD - my mates would rip the pi$$ especially as I'm in I.T.
  6. Anyone remember the guy in 2006 who was taking it all a little too seriously. He was propper screaming at everyone and getting really narked when they got beaten Has always been a good laugh and if I manage to get there this year I'll be up for it again
  7. That reminds me of a story I heard a few years back... http://www.boreme.com/boreme/funny-2007/raf-speeding-ticket-p1.php
  8. I would love to have a job flying one of these things about! apparently there's only a handful of guys in the UK that can.
  9. going to get some video footage of us on the ground hopefully from the on-board camera - If I do I'll try and post it up
  10. The best bit was where you could hear, but couldn't see them, then all of a sudden it rose up from behind the trees and came straight towards us. Couldn't imagine what it would be like in the battlefield as an enemy seeing one coming.
  11. Not the sort of thing you get to see every morning... A mate's mate is an Apache Gunship pilot and had to fly to a local airport. He said to stand in a local playing field and he did a few fly-bys My boys loved it! (and I did)
  12. I did some work for a solicitor a while back and he was talking about something similar and used a tyre company as another example. He basically said they can put what they like on their invoices, but at the end of the day if your wheel fell off it would be their responsibility. They wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court.
  13. Hi Keron, Interested in the Rad - Can u drop me a PM with a contact number. Cheers, Neal.
  14. I'm after a stock TT radiator (Manual). After speaking to Chris W (cheers) he advised me that there are three different types... The rad needs to the one with the main fan driven by the engine and a second small electric fan.
  15. I have to agree to some extent - I also spend quite a while fixing Dell machines - but for me it's faults caused by user error, or malware. Plus I think the market is fairly flooded with Dell kit, hence why they seem to appear more often on the workbench.
  16. Steve, It's fairly straight forward if you have a budget in mind one of us could probably recommend the necessary compatible parts. From there it's a case of putting it all together and then getting Windows on it. Like most things once you've done it a few times it becomes really straight forwards, but if you've got no-one to show you it's going to be a steep learning curve. To be honest I would look at deals they have on the Dell website as they're generally very good value for money.
  17. Can you change the code from: mail("[email protected]", "[EBAY] Plate Order - " . $reg, $final, $from); to: if (mail("[email protected]", "[EBAY] Plate Order - " . $reg, $final, $from)) { echo 'Emailed OK'; } else { echo 'Email Failed'; } Let us know what u get
  18. I would go for something like this: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/132560 It's a fairly simple drive out --> drive in procedure to swap. By the sounds of it this is going to be your cheapest option without taking it to a PC repair shop.
  19. The controller is built into the motherboard (normally). So there's nothing you can do about it. As Damon mentioned above it would be good to try and see if the CD drive works outside Windows. Pop in your Windows XP CD and restart the system. Many systems are set to try the CD drive first, but others need to be told to boot from the CD drive. You may need to enter the BIOS by pressing 'Del' when you switch the system on. You will find boot properties. In here you will need to specify you want to boot from CD first. Then save the settings and exit. If the CD drive is working the system should attempt to boot from the CD. I personally wouldn't put money on a system restore fixing the problem. You can purchase IDE controllers, so even if yours are knackered you can always get the system working again.
  20. Hoovering it out won't clean the lens of the CD/DVD drive - it's a bit like having dirty windows in your house and vacuming the livingroom floor, looking up and going "huff... bloody windows are still dirty" Using the CD cleaner kit could just have made the problem worse. You need to try another drive in the system, but as Daman has said the controller could be knackered, so even a 'new' CD drive won't work.
  21. For a small start-up business OSCommerce is a good start, except that the code is fairly dated. They're supposed to be working on V2, which will be interesting. There are some major drawbacks with regards to search engine optimisation, image manipulation. People have written add-ons to rectify, but it's not an ideal solution. For anything really serious you would want to ideally go down the cutom system route - this way you can mold the site around the business, not try and mold the business around the site.
  22. AVG Free edition is good, but it's just anti-virus. You'll need to pay for the internet security ed. to get firewall, spyware scanning, etc. You can also get AVG Anti-Spyware for free, but it has limited functionality (you have to manually download the updates after 30 days)
  23. Probably great for light use, but if it's for anything work related (long periods in front of the screen) I would go for a better screen - something like the Samsung 22". You definately get what you pay for with screens.
  24. Please don't take this the wrong way, but if it's spinning there's a very good chance you can get the data off (with the right tools). One drive took nearly 2 days to recover the data, but it was possible. If you want me to take a look at it (FOC) I'm more than happy. If you do drop me a PM and I'll send you my address.
  25. I had a quote from a HDD recovery company - the drive had stopped spinning and my client wanted their data off - but when they quoted between £800 - £1000 my client decided the data wasn't 'that' important!
