Don't think this was the sort of event Sub_Culture had in mind. This was good fun last year but maybe a bit hectic for what he was suggesting. Where is the events co-ordinator when you need him

We tried to do this last year, but it never happened. The big problem is the initial outlay of costs. It's ok if everyone who's coming pays up front then there will be enough funds for the booking of a track, food, etc. But the trouble is someone will have to lay out these costs and there is always a very high chance that not enough people will turn up to cover the event. This is why there are lots of local meets arranged, as they don't cost anything and nobody loses out.
