    Bovingdon today

great day big thanks to organisers. also to SUPRO for the ride there and back. and to gregsupra4/daveboy for the drag runs ps cj's car was very impressive to watch on the dragstrip.
  6. its either slave or master clutch cylinders that are leaking, but top the system up and bleed the air out of the slave cylinder bleed nipple. you will have to get someone to keep pulling the pedal back up as it normally stays down.
  7. might be over boosting if its pulled hoses that far.
  8. no i think thats the way . had same probs. not to sure about the bracket but as a guess i think it will be useful incase your prop joint breaks. it will stop the propshaft from falling down, digging into the ground and fliping the car over
  9. hi matey. have you any pics of the colour ps still have your windscreen. if you ever down my way
  10. i'm looking at different shades of black, as thats the orignal colour of my car, saves cost of spraying engine bay etc . but this candy red is appealing.
  11. i've been told by the paint shop that its around £120 per ltr for these paints. so want to get the colour choice right first time round.
  12. thanks jake for the quick action . i was never a fan of red, but i think i'm getting drawn towards it. homer its the top secret kit i have fitted. was thinking of gold, but i guess its been done to many times now.
  13. as per title, don't no if its possible but i need the widebody supra in the candy red colour to see how it will look. my car will be going to the bodyshop in the next few weeks, but have no idea on colours yet open to suggestions.
  14. was that at reco-prop? as they also re-balance propshafts if anyones intrested.
  15. its more likely that when you replaced the top rad pipe some excess coolant that spilled out at the time must of just sprayed around when the engine was started. and has now just foam as dry spots.
  16. nope but i always replace the head bolts anyway. i think digsy mentioned this in his post about condition of bolts effects the tighting torque.
  17. auto data manual 2005 supra 2jz-gte headbolts renew----NO tighten 1 -----18nm STAGE 2 -----34nm stage 3 ------- 90 degrees stage 4--------90 degrees.
  18. re-connect wiring plugs to the white box, i think thats the control unit for the heater.
  19. johnA the weight of the intercooler is 10.22kg turbo is 8.94kg i used some digital calibrated scales, so its very accurate.
  20. had similar problem once, had split hose which goes to the manifold pressure sensor on the manifold.
  21. nope thats all i have so far, but then again still waiting on one more parcel
