  1. Thanks for the info will look into this, cannot see the picture at the mo as my work pc has a firewall preventing it.
  2. it seems that the alarm might be linked to the b+ as there is no cuts or spliced wires along the fpc wire.
  3. i guess i can still use my fuel pump ecu for the trigger voltage to the new relay (which is the way its wired in at the moment) until i can find a 5 volt relay which can handle the current flow.
  4. i do a separate relay and fuse wired in was using the orignal fuel pump feed as a trigger for the new relays, which i will be removing.just trying find the reason my loss of signal. PS will a 5volt output be enough to power a 12v relay ?
  5. I thought the FUEL pump ecu controls the different voltage output, and the voltage from the MAIN ecu should remain constant ?
  6. does anyone know what the signal voltage should be from the main ecu to the fuel pump ecu? since i have fitted the AEM ecu i have been having problems with the fuel pump feed, switch ignition on and the fuelpump primes for approx 5secs. crank engine over and the engine starts but the signal to the pump is then lost and the engine cuts out. i have to keep locking/unlocking the car and it then fires into life again and will run fine until the next time. have checked the voltage from the AEM ECU and its a 5VOLT output, would like to confirm if this is right before going further.
  7. complete dash including all dash panels thats cheap
  8. well done good to see the hard work paying off:)
  9. i would say driveshaft or diff as a guess
  10. Best of luck with the sale, i know how much work needs to be put in for a widebodykit
  11. I bought mine from RACEONUSA in the states, sideskirts/front&rear bumpers were good quality with a good gel coat but the front wings and rear arches were VERY thin with small amount of gel coat, which i had to modify.
  12. props are different and gearbox mounting bracket.
  13. Wheel sizes are FRONTS 9X19" offset ET +4 3.5" LIP REARS 11X19" offset ET +15 4.5"LIP the front wheels do not sit flush against the wings, but slighty in due to the front wings curling back in along the bottom edge. so if you what them to sit flush you might have to modify that area of the wings
  14. the ebay one i'm sure is the same as mine you will need to do alot of prepwork on that kit and reinforcement.
  15. Is the dim switch on the right hand console connected ? as the feed for the dash dials goes threw that switch.
  16. make sure the seal sits flush as its very easy to push it too far into the casing
  17. slap a bodykit on BIGGER THE BETTER:d
  18. looks right but have fitted a few pumps now and have only had the silver locking washer supplied, never come across two.
  19. it will be quicker to remove the sump and only cost you a gasket if thats not the problem. removing the head will mean spending more ie headgasket hydraulic lifters etc. and the problem might still be bottom end which i think it is.
