I use Iridium - BKR8EIX plugs approx £40 for a set.

piston coming up on compression stroke with all valves shut but there is water in the chamber and does not ignite. so the piston is pushing up against the water with no were to go. crankshaft forcing the conrod up and hey presto:D hope that makes sense

I'm running hks flat top pistons with hks 256/264 cams. BENT all 24 of my ferrea valves, damaged radiator all pulleys waterpump crankshaft pulley etc etc:( non vvti)

I have seen single pipe installs, you might have to jack the car up and have a look:)

They also had a fabricator that made custom exhausts for them.

I found the artic much easier to drive than the rigid. you can take tight turns with comfort the backend just follows you around:D took my test over 4 years ago now. reversing was the only part i had to practise on.

Got a quote from toyota for one today at £220+vat as said Whifbitz are cheaper you will be better off buying new. mine let go the other day doing over 150 leptons its done some damage:(

how much for the waterpump+alternator pulley?

Require a crankshaft pully new oem or aftermarket bottom timing covers and alternator gear,aux tensioner gear,water pump gear. Have alternator/waterpump pulleys now

Blocked breather system can also give you high readings might be worth a check

UPDATE ripped all the inner panels off the car to trace the fuel signal wire right back, its seems i have a wireless fuelguard module fitted and kept losing the signal even when the engine was running i was having a voltage drop. could be the reason for my fuelling issues over the years.
