  1. Have you checked to see if pin 1 on ECU is getting a ignition feed will save you swapping ECU also do you have the engine management Light illuminated when ignition is ON as its the same fuse circuit
  2. As Mike has suggested Seems like you have the wrong type fitting. I'm running a NA block with a TT oil pump with no issues

Seeing as you have fitted the oil Squiters and drilled/tapped for turbo oil feed I'm sure you are aware but that oil gallery is not connected to the opposite side on GE blocks so no oil can get into that gallery without having to machine/drill a passage across the block to join the oil galleries:)
  4. As above sounds like a earth fault as that will certainly increase current draw and over heat components,Check the main feeds to igniter with engine running and maybe the lights/heaters ON

  7. You can place the washers on the head first using some APR lube to hold them in place before offering the head down onto the studs, no need to remove studs to fit washers
  8. •Lightly coat mating surfaces between wheel centre hole and hub (use grease). This is common with most manufactures
  9. How did you test the injectors as they only open for milliseconds when firing? its uses a negative signal from ECU to trigger but can only be tested using a Scope
  10. Does the Additional brake light fitted on the tailgate work? If not then possibly brake light switch faulty

  12. TT running standard ECU and fuelling but I'm sure the turbo are Hybrid
  13. Silver one was SaqTRD ran a 12.1 quarter
  14. Make sure the Hazard switch connector plug is still connected or you will have no hazards and indicators

  17. Will it be possible just to buy the rear box I have a amuse r1 titanium exhaust system but rear box has a few holes in it now,was wondering if a can possibly have it cut away and new box attached

  20. I snapped a cam idler bracket few years ago was running stiffer valves springs and aftermarket pistons/valves both the hydraulic tensioner and idler pulley were OEM and had only done approx 2k miles when it let go.I was at WOT 7200RPM
  21. I'm looking into Ecu mapping equipment to carry out DPF/EGR delete on oem diesel vehicles does anyone know of a product or advise me as there are so much options on the internet my budget is approx. £1300 excluding vat
