    No re-torque required:) ps do you have the torque settings for ARP headbolts ? i'm fitting my head back on today and cannot find my data sheets.

    the coolant sensor is on the elbow with the two wires. to do a quick earth test just connect a jump lead from the negative of the battery straight onto a metal part of the engine, see if it makes a difference.

    considering you have done most of the checks. i would first of all check the coolant sensor as that can play havoc with fuelling, then check fuel pressure.

    thats the idler bearing Part no for the hydraulic tensioner is T13540-46030

    you can use them as internal pumps. but will need a filter sock and adaptor.

    I normally use the vice as after doing a couple the fingers get sore:d cover the fitting that gets clamped in the vice with masking tape to prevent damaged and do not over tighten.

    You might be pushing the pipe too far into the collar, try pulling it back slightly.

    Front bumper is wider than standard, so unless you have the wider front wings the bumper will not fit:)

    Will you be measuring the chamber volume on the new head ? also are you fitting over size valves on this or keeping it standard. ?

    duplicate certificate can only be printed off using the orignal data as its stored in the vosa database.

    its on the data base now so not alot you can do i'm afraid. i had my car tested last month and the guy put the wrong colour down on the mot certificate.

    the only thing i'm aware of with diesel tunning is just remaps. not sure on the power gain .

    The fuse is N0 18 (30amp) drivers footwell. but also controls central locking so if thats working its not the fuse. also there is a relay numbered n02. the feed to the passeger side window is linked via the drivers side so you need to check wiring plug on the drivers side to make sure there is feed there.

    i think the pressure plates are the same as even the rsp one has toyota stamped on it.
