Require a flywheel used or new please, my dual mass flywheel has gained excessive movement over the last few months.

will pop them down to dude to have them done:) just looking for a replacement flywheel as my dual mass has excessive endfloat and side to side movement will have it all balanced at the same time.

Can anyone recomend a machine shop that can balance a set of eagle connecting rods for me, i ordered a replacment one but its 3grams heavier than the rest:(. the machine shop i normally use are not geared up to measure the rods.(correctly)

transmission cooler yes,but the inlet/out holes seem tad on the small side for engine cooling.

do you know the Gasket Bore Diameter ? (ie 87mm/88mm)

i use a crimp machine to do mine, if soldering you will need a heavy duty soldering gun.,a heat gun will not get the solder hot enough to melt into the wire strands. you can use a blow torch but it will melt away the outer plastic casing of the cable.

Nice write up adnan:) i paint the lazy way, sand down 120grit use highbuild primer leave 5mins then spray standard primer WET coat. leave another 5mins spray basecoat 2coats third coat a WET coat,leave 10mins spray clearcoat 2 coats third WET coat. job done . that was remove dash panels spray and refit same day:d -
remove the tensioner,then you can compress it using a vice or g-clamp fit a pin onto it and its ready to reuse:)

Looks like the oil cooler pipe to me. maybe the old pipe if the cooler has been upgraded ?
