  10. Setting the minimum voltage for TPS is as follows Go to SETUP - SENSORS - THROTTLE POSTION SENSOR- OPTION TPS- and set minimum voltage from 0.00v to approx. 0.33v that should give you a about 1-1.5% on closed throttle position you can send me screen shots on whatsapp 07834 338861:)
  11. If its over charging then the Regulator is faulty within the alternator, loose connections or voltage spike can cause the alternator to go bad make sure the earth cables and main battery cable to alternator are good best way of doing this is by a Multi-meter resistance check (voltage drop test)
  12. I'll take it please pm me payment details
  13. Yes you need to change the MIN voltage.increase the voltage by about 0.5volts and that should see a increase in throttle position. you can play around with the voltage to see how car idles anything from 1-1.5% throttle should be fine. It makes a huge difference on how smooth the car idles and performs when lifting off throttle whilst driving
  14. Is the 02 feedback reading correct now or do you still have issues? Also on throttle setup you need to see at least 1% throttle open when the pedal is at resting position if it reads 0% you will have idle issues and hesitation when pull away
  15. We have this machine at work It is a good cleaner and does remove carbon deposits if used as a preventive maintenance tool on servicing. but if you have a vehicle with a heavy deposit of carbon in the intake system then its not very efficient and will cause issues as carbon deposits travel down into the combustion chamber and then into exhaust system, it will clean the system but you have to keep pumping more and more chemical cleaner into it and we have found to use approx. 6 ltr of cleaner and 1ltr of rinse agent to get a vehicle clean with a material cost of just over £100 and then you have a additional cost of the fuel injector cleaner, also I used this on my brothers high mileage bmw530d which caused the throttle body to fail as the chemical manage to pass the seal into the printed circuit board.
  16. I don't think emanage blue requires a adaptor its only the Ultimate
  17. I couldn't get the lock-up switch mod to work on my car hence making it difficult when it was mapped on a dyno but will deffo recommend the hi-stall setup especially if you what to do drag racing
  18. I was running a 3800 Hi-stall on my previous set-up with a PT67 turbo with one Huge cooler had no issues, was fine on hill starts didn't roll back and you get used to the high revving when pulling away:)
