its the oxygen sensor plug, cant you just fit a cable tie round the plug back onto the bracket. -

front scuttle panel do you have any pictures of this ? i need the complete front panel (slam panel ) also the bolted panel that sits under the headlights. Absz

The pump will not engage until there is pressure in the system. how are you re-gassing it? system needs to be vacuumed for approx 25mins then another 5mins leak hold check before the modern aircon machines will allow a regas and thats only if its passed the leak hold test.

Does anyone know if the 2jzgte cylinder head is fitted with spring locators ? i'm just upgrading my valvetrain to Brian Crower Valvesprings & Retainers. I've noticed that my head has no spring locators on the bottom

had a very similar fault, it was broken wire strands on my no1 coil pack just before the clip, the insulation on the wire was fine and looked good you can check the resistance of each coilpack wire between the clips and igniter pack plug using a GOOD multimeter. get someone to wiggle the loom as you test each wire. To test the injector wiring you will have to disconnect the ecu plug and test from plug to injectors. expect a low resistance ie 0.03

I Had a fairly new tensioner let go on me,running approx 600bhp standard rev limit. was on full WOT at the time bent all 24 ferrea valves due to my flat top pistons.
