  1. Cool Think I've got a disc box of old A500 games up in the loft at my mum n dads, were they easy to copy? Keep thinkin most of them were copies Sooo long ago now, my ZX Spectrum, C64 Amiga500 days seems to have merged into one!
  2. That's the one, seemed cool at the time! Oh yes! What were the Joysticks they seemed to bring out a "have-to-have" Evolution of every other week and whoah then came the micro-switched versions..... Was it Quick-Shot, Quick-Shot Pro and so on....... think the last one i had had soooo many Auto-fire configurations and triggers.... Those were the days....
  3. Did a quick google, think it was Magic Pockets......
  4. Bitmap Brothers, i remember they made one of my fave games back in the day but can't remember it for toffee
  5. Any info on the "dry sump" specificaion, always wondered if a rotary would work out more reliable with an externally pumped dry-sump for synthetic engine oil lubrication and also somehow have a separate system so a mineral/two-stroke type oil could be used for the rotor-housing/combustion chamber oil injection (instead of deactivating of the oil injection and using a crude pre-mix fuel which some Rex owners seem to recommend using)
  6. That's my afternoon sorted...............
  7. Don't remember that tbh, but with tunes like that realize why eveyone around me was off their boxes, on summink, when i was a wee lad!
  8. Speedball2, was that the futuristic hectic "American Football" style game. With the holes in the walls you could throw the ball through? Reminded me of the Ol Skool film Rollerball!
  9. I'd bring back Richard Whitely so COUNTDOWN could go back to NORMAL!
  10. Are they the original Billy's still on there, i imagine there not, sure they wouldn't hang around long if you wanted to sell them!?
  11. I was thinking the entrance and path's in and out of Mersea's JAE were a bit hostile, was wondering how you can avoid mashing again, a lot of grief to go through each time you get caught out on your ride height. I remember having a butchers at i think was the KW Suspension stand, at the last Time Attack Brands Hatch round. They had this demo of there clever coilover kit that has a built in Lambo style height raising section in the coilover strut. So you can hit the remote and raise your car summink like 40mm to get you over low bumps and stuff. Dunno how well they perform as a coilover in general. Guess you've just done your suspension not long ago, coilovers wont be high on you to do list, what did you have done then..... goes to look in your garage.....
  12. I Married An Axe Murderer??????
  13. That's what i was thinking, double hex instead of a single hex metric 10mm socket. What bolts/nuts it to be used on?
  14. Main dealers eh! They should be carrying out a damage report of the vehicle which they and yourself should sign in agreement before leaving the car in their hands. Will it polish out? They should admit some liability for this, you'll have to lodge a complaint and maybe pester for a while before you get the matter looked into.
  15. I suppose you didn't get a chance to see if boost characteristics where as usual when it started churning out the smoke. Was the static pressure still ok, fuel pressure regulator ok? Though if was overfuelling, would have thought black smoke would be a symptom.
  16. Hope it doesn't turn out to be anything too major mate. Crazy how bad a rep Hybrids get and yet turbo re-manufacurers still churn them out promising they'll last you a lifetime. Has the EGT probe theory been eliminated, did they whip out the probe and have a look?
  17. Think it was some sorta "Hawaii/Holiday Beach Style" theme with inflatable palm trees etc. Sums up the weekend for me too, which made it a goodun for me! Damn it, I missed CAKE! They spent the whole Sat afternoon staring at me from their inviting boxes, won't let that happen again!
  18. That GT3 looks like a serious piece of kit, that rear screen looks awsome, bet it's noisey as hell to drive. All adds to the driving pleasure!
  19. Going with the flow didn't work unfortunately, an evening of structured "sets" seem to work for mainstream clubs etc which try and cater for a wider range of musical tastes and drunkeness. We could always try and upstage the Mitsi 3000GT chaps next year by taking over the next entire shows evening entertainment "Glastonbury style" and have a number of varying music tents to pick and choose from! ........If i come up with anymore crap suggestions i'lll let you know!
  20. Oh yeah forgot to thank you matey, for manning the breakfast bbq first thing in the mornings when almost everyone else was dead to the world! Top Job!
  21. 3rd Best Stand and we weren't even trying, Well How'sabout that!
