Lets be honest with ourselves though... - Our Bowlers havent looked like taking 20 wickets in a match. - Our recognised batsmen are not performing (no 10 & 11 had the highest partnership in the 1st innings) - The captaincy is seriously lacking compared to M Vaughn. - And at the end of the day, they dont have the will to fight the aussies, the are bunch of defeatist souls even before a single ball is bowled. You have a few players that have stepped up to the mark, but against spirited aussies you need all 11 players to be firing on all cylinders, and we are clearly not prepared physically or mentally for the challenge. And finally for the coach and the english team selectors to carry on defending their poor decisions rather than accepting their mistakes (preparation, selection, etc) is well, fairly pathetic to say the very least.

And how does that explain the issues that you were having with your PC? I have SP2 so you dont need to use WindowsUpdate for that. Now if you want to continue receiving those updates, then yes a genuine key is the easiest way to go about it, else apparently there is a way around it. (Joe knows)
