Good read. I personally believe that f1 should have maintained the v10 format - that was far more captivating than the current precession that isn't even challenging for any of the drivers

Perhaps they are blind... Just watched the highlights of the race - Thanks to Rosberg for making the race remotely interesting.

Don't need an identical HDD for RAID - as long as the size is the same / or more you are OK. As for time to rebuild RAID - depends on the HDD and on the rebuild priority - for a 1TB drive i'd have expected it to take 4-5 hrs perhaps. Backup to TAPE is a good idea - why not also backup to a portable HDD (USB) once a week / month and keep that in a remote location.

Rosberg isn't really allowed to have a go at Hamilton (remember Spa) - perhaps that is why maybe he qualified 3rd on purpose.....

Probably even in F1 circles there is a limited pool of talent to choose from. When these talented people move the teams tend to do better and improve.
