Judging by the results of our interventions in the middle east over the past 25 years I am not surprised that many people take the above with a pinch of salt, if that. Didn't we tool isis to fight against Assad and now they've branched out into a group with their own "cause" - aren't a lot of Isis from Iraq from saddam Bathiest party that are now fighting across the border? How long before these freedom fighters defect to either Assad or Isis or create a new nutter group? In a way we are also fighting against Russia? I feel sorry for the innocent people that are being caught up in the crossfire and being killed by the bombs. I feel sorry for our UK population that support this bloodshed.

Seems like both have the newer idrive that is HDD based - which is a must - like I mentioned earlier- the older gearstick is better functionally (moving from reverse / park / drive = simple unlike the new one which can be annoying) - the new one looks cooler. I will add that the new i-drive is significantly better than the previous generation. In the pics that you shared I dont see a car with the old i-drive - however something to bear in mind when selecting a car (assuming that i-drive is important to you).

I agree - we aren't the world police - better to refrain from further invasions and focus on protecting our borders and address the enemy within - I've already suggested that on page 7 of this thread many days ago. Israel Saudi Qatar are terrorist nations in the region with all the troubles. We just choose to support them but it doesn't change what they are. Norman Finklestein that I linked to earlier seems very knowledgable on the subject. Worth looking into for those that are interested.
