Hello everyone, does anyone have Football Manager 2005 that would be willing to send me a copy of what's on the cd? I have bought the bloody game but sold my laptop a while back and left the cd in there. If someone could send the contents to me at [email protected] I'd be grateful, I know it'll take a while but on broadband it isn't too bad is it? Or would I need a burned CD? Cheers, Rob.
  2. what are the noobies paying for insurance on bikes when you've only just passed? i want to do this but can't afford to shell out a load on insurance
  3. thanks mate, much appreciated
  4. Hey all, been trying to find the pics of the Supra owned by some bloke in Dubai that has a matt black finish, anyone got the pics? Found the old threads but the pics aren't showing anymore. Thanks
  5. "His mission to find the technology to play 'Man Utd, the Glory Years' had finally ended"
  6. when did he think this would be a good idea ? NWS http://www.ebaumsworld.com/videos/whisper.html
  7. you've got a mini broken down too, damn you're having a bad day hope it's a painfree experience from now on
  8. yeah, fair play to the security guard he ran staight to somewhere to switch the electric off. the girl operating the bowling desk bit put an announcement out for the manager to go to reception as it happened ! ummm, i think he might have noticed love !!
  9. Decided to pop into the local Hollywood Bowl (Brislington, Bristol)for a quick drink and game of pool with my mate tonight. Whilst we were in there the thunder and lightening started, rain started to get heavier and heavier to the point that most people were talking about it (as you do). Suddenly a security bloke went running past and a few people in the bar area looked through to where the amusement arcade is and I just thought 'here we go, another fight'. I got up to look and basically the whole width of the amusement area, the entrance and then across to the cafe had water coming straight through the ceiling . it was like there was no roof, just completely throwing it down. At a guess it was like a constant waterfall about 30 yards wide ! The manager announced they would have to evacuate the building, I requested a dingy to get me from my table to the car but the staff had a sudden loss of their sense of humour. I don't think it'll be open again for a while ! My mate tried taking pics on his camera but I don't think they came out too well, I'll add them if they look ok. Maybe I should sell it to the local paper!
  10. get a mate to go round and pretend to be interested, they can pose the question 'and what did you say the mileage was' and they can confirm/correct it and he can also sit in the car and look at the mileage. atleast then you'll know yourself whether it is just an oversight or fraud. in the motor trade, as any business person knows, a reputation is what the business is built on, but you can easily spread the word locally about them. just make sure it's not an honest mistake otherwise it's their livelihoods your messing with. (having said that it is second hand car dealers and we all know what they're like
  11. Thanks to everyone for the help. It's booked in with Karma Import tomorrow so I'll let you all know how it goes, needed the cambelt doing anyway so in a way it's saving me money.
  12. I've just discovered that my crank pulley (the bottom one) has come off. The belt is still going round where the pulley used to be. Thinking back, I reckon it came off about a week ago. I still have the pulley as it was sat on the undertray. I need a quote for what needs to be done. Anyone with information can you email me on [email protected] it's a work email address and I can't use the internet so will only be able to view text info. Could you email me with any info such as 1. Complete solution! 2. Parts prices 3. Guide to how much I should have to pay for labour 4. Advice on getting other stuff changed at the same time (cambelt and other pulleys ???) Thanks in advance for any help.
  13. would've thought it was posted already but can't find it here http://www.liquidgeneration.com/poptoons/michaeljackson_smoothcriminal.asp

  16. if you want people to stay out of it i.e. tdaxgav, why post this on the forum. You obviously have an issue that you feel needs to be made aware to other potential customers and tdaxgav simply started by stating his experience.
  17. and in pic 1 it looks like someone's nicked your neighbours chimney, bloody thieves, they'll take anything nowadays.
  18. February 22 2077, a day before my 98th birthday. Can't I just get to receive my presents ? It might be a stripper !
  19. that's very kind, tho you'll probably regret it after the 4000th pm !
  20. hmmm, just stumbled across it at five to 1 in the morning eh
  21. well for the moment i've decided the best course of action available is this. I've bought a manual on body repair work etc and my Dad has also previously worked into garages so we are going to buy an old car for next to nothing and have a go at it. If we make mistakes then we haven't lost anything, except maybe a limb or two !
  22. I'm in the process of copying my original cd's so I don't leave them all in the car. Done the first one using Windows Media Player and copied at the slowest rate possible and it won't play in my car cd player. The cd's are imation cd-rw's. What am I doing wrong, I thought as long as you copy them slowly then it will work ok. Otherwise should I try different software ? Cheers, Rob.
  23. I was thinking about approaching local body shops to see if I could work on a Sat for nothing and just be taught but I don't think garages would be too receptive and then you've probably got Health & Safety issues too. It'd probably only work if it was someone I knew. Is there a recognised Pro Qual for bodyshop workers ?
