  1. Pretty sure they are different could of just been the rears but baldy will know , he had prefacelift hubs fully rebuilt went to fit on a facelift they bolt up fine apart from the ball joint is a different diameter to the hub fitting so its likely you will need facelift hubs aswell
  2. Yup I read the other day the P1 /570 all the McLaren models with that 3.8litre is based on a Nissan engine which was in a race series they bought the rights for it from Nissan so the McLaren must be crap because it has a Nissan based engine , bmw make good cars the M range. I don't see why people are getting up tight this just means hopefully it won’t be skimped on due to costs issues and hopefully it will get all the tech dct, hybrid etc with the end result of reasonably priced car
  3. Good write up that ,it's all age related really and nothing that money and time wont put right but I look at that and in my eyes it's thousands £ to bring it up to standard. Nothing worse than getting there to find the engine warm I would want to hear it from cold and see it, common is valve stem seals especially with that mileage so I expect she puffs when its sat for sometime .
  4. It hasn't sold I messaged him looks like the winning bidder is a time waster, I was half interested but just seen another one closer
  5. I read it's because to design a chassis the cost is crazy especially when it's a one off model in the range take Mercedes the c63amg chassis is used on loads of model variants right across the c class range right down to a c220d. I think BMW and Toyota will make a very good combo as BMW know to make a good handling car, I hope they still intend to give the new supra a kers system and make it more powerful than the bmw equivalent.
  6. You can't really compare a r34gtr with a supra total production numbers worldwide for the r34gtr was only around 12k , USA supra's alone matched this so not counting Europe,Japan etc I remember the number was around the 50k mark. Plenty of well priced supra's in Australia and Canada still, I have seen quite a few diy importers on eBay selling supra's recently because the main importers have slowed down not sure why maybe there is only a handful of people willing to spend 20k+ on a 20+ year old car and the demand is just not what it used to be back in the day when they were selling 5-10 a month.
  7. Good price in Australia still Single 6spd gt4294r £16k https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Toyota-Supra-1995/SSE-AD-4941216/?Cr=7 760whp forged single manual £23k https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Toyota-Supra-1994/SSE-AD-878891/?Cr=5 facelift NA szr 6spd v161 /lsd/big brakes £9800k https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Toyota-Supra-1996/SSE-AD-4765393/?Cr=13 GZ tt auto £8800 https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Toyota-Supra-1993/SSE-AD-4671629/?Cr=0
  8. My old power fc daniel has got for sale in parts think it's £500, plug and play ecu and uses factory sensors knock ,oil pressure etc ,Syvecs struggled to make any more power to be honest had to run more boost. With the saved money get a £270 Aem failsafe gauge you can set boost and afr levels in a really nice pc app software that connects up to the gauge also does datalogging, you can set alarms and also has an output line so you can wire it up to boost controller, ignition cut etc and set the time http://aemelectronics.com/files/instructions/30-4900%20Wideband%20Failsafe%20Gauge.pdf
  9. Hi mate yes but it's one of the hoses I am selling part number 12264-46010
  10. I know what your saying but from my point of view as a seller it makes it easier to see what's left people are not opening a thread thinking something is still available, also people ignore prices anyway I sold a tt6 big case prop for £350 Jamey put his up for £450 within the same week so it's up to the seller really .
  11. Spot on that and good luck mate, I have watched your build for years seeing what's gone into it and top quality parts your car is one of a handful I would say it's defiantly worth it. As Sheefa has already said ignore rider guy has far to much mouth, reminds me I've got some more new parts to list I'd better check the for sale price with him first so he can scour the internet for somewhere no one has heard of that do them cheaper.
