  2. A friend of mine is looking at a borg warner a s366 £640 new shipped! and borg warner's can be rebuilt in the uk that's what put me off going Precision at the time not sure if things have changed now though
  3. What is it with all the done up cars driving like this around London it's such a high built up area anyone could walk out , the old bill must be really lax up there where I live its a small ish town and old bill around or not with the CC/cctv around the town they will do you for it.
  4. Sorry I didn't see that yea every dyno is different.
  5. Luc have you asked Paul I bought a pair of TS copy new skirts from him it they came from the states from memory it was a few years ago now though but he still might be able to get hold of them
  6. nice figures mate , 30hp loss from fly to wheel power is that right I lost around 100hp at ssr
  7. This does worry me , my local Toyota guy told me once the stock pile of spares have gone they are gone and will appear as discontinued
  8. Nice work did you upgrade the wiring top side from the connector to your relay ?
  9. I have just insured with them great service ask for Luke top bloke
  10. When you dipped the oil and got the low reading how long had the car sat for ? as it can take ages for all the oil to return people often do not wait long enough they keep topping up then next time they check the oil after the car has sat its way over the mark. Where is your oil pressure sensor located is it in the lexus bolt mod ?
  11. Nice build this, did you buy new stock top mounts for the kw's?
  12. Pop the aux belt off and start it up but do not let it run for long just enough to see if the noise has gone or not .
  13. Nice work mate , those NGK race plugs are expensive arent they like £280 also I thought to make the best of them you need to have the car re-mapped as you can run more timing with those plugs other wise not much gain over the ones you had before.
  14. Very nice you going to go for one luc ? ,also what do they mean by the blue writing "sparkplugstight"
  15. When is the new syvecs coming out !?
  16. I would not trust anything they say the facts are wrong for the old model to start with "the 2016 Toyota Supra is going to be a bit different than the 2.6 liter twin turbo inline 6 of the original car"
  17. have you checked with nic how much a new one from Japan costs ?
  18. Let me know Luc what yours is on startup cold and where is your sensor located ?
  19. Cheers David I did do some searching some on SF some have 120psi cold others state it should not be higher than 85-90psi , I did fit a cheap china gauge and mechanical sensor to the Lexus bolt to test while it was up on the ramp and that sat at around 90psi from cold so I am guessing not much to worry about . I just remembered I still have my spa dual oil pressure gauge somewhere and the Lexus bolt is still in I could run this alongside the syvecs sensor and see what the readings are to see if there is a variation between the locations
  20. I originally had my oil pressure sensor mounted in the Lexus bolt mod I had a faulty sensor and Ryan said it also had allot of noise on the line probably engine vibration so I decided to buy a new oil sensor I went for the better version of the brass one which is an alloy Aem sensor same voltage output/scaling I have double checked this on the Syvecs with sensor data sheet The new location is mounted in one of my oil cooler lines out of the sandwich plate using one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160826735608?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Readings are; (note my warm idle is just over 1k) Stone cold 110psi /7.5bar 90c temp 45psi /3bar I have not been able to drive it as the weather is bad today so just wondering if those readings sound right or not and would my location cause a higher reading?
  21. Cheers guys , I now just need to stop looking at set of ID's and a better fuel system oh and a upgrade wheel on the turbo
  22. Wish I knew this before I bought direct and got hit heavy with import charges , top quality intercooler with a good core /fin design
