  1. Guessing you will still keep the pipework I would go for a ETS core got mine direct from their web site very fast shipping typical a few weeks later I found out after Lee P is a dealer for them. The quality is spot on and the core design is very similar to a Garrett.
  2. Eh no time for that when there's a sequential box waiting to get a thrashing
  3. on the exhaust your lucky that didn't dig into the ground and fold up and damage the underside , any news on those new wheels yet mate ?
  4. One of my top 2 favourite cars on the forum that is stunning mate
  5. Thanks mate and yours what a beast! when do you hope to get it back from SRD ?
  6. not seen your aero before wow looks spot on lovely colour what is it midnight purple ?
  7. In a straight line I will give any hardtop a run:d forget the twisty's though if you want to know how much a aero flexes park one side up on curb and try and bolt the roof back on
  8. It is a pain especially if you want to get away quick , lucky I only use mine in the summer so its not to bad. I hate modern convertibles especially those with the hair dresser rear wind screen so your hair does not blow around looks gash ,most of them the rear end has to be totally re-shaped to fit all the electric/arms roof stuff you end up with a built up back end to the car.
  9. I would say comes down mostly to personal preference. I have had 3 hardtops and 2 aero's one thing I will tell you is the aerotop's do not handle anywhere near as good as the hardtop. I don't think it's too show off I could be biased as I have one but being a targa I don't think its anywhere near as bad as a full on convertible see the back of your head job bmw/merc style that's to flash for me. However there is something really nice about cruising with the roof off in the sun and you can hear the turbo noises twice as loud with the roof off
  10. I am not a little boy you know:d LOL and Lee will be under it when it breaks ready with the lube
  11. LOL where did you go to ? £4100 new v161 http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=10550&cat=89&sub=1354&sec=1561&var=32&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart=

  19. LOL .. stop it your killing me I also seriously need to update this thread way out of date
  20. So is the colour of the car the same colour as the wheels ?
  21. I would recommended you do both at the same time if you do it . Ryan asked me when it was on the dyno what engine mounts/gearbox mount are in it so it's noticeable. I do get a small vibration at a certain low rpm but they are not as bad as TRD. I was suffering from wheel hop these where on a small list of things I changed and I do not have wheel hop anymore. However If I was doing it again I would probably just buy new stock J-spec ones.
