  1. I have a gauge but dont think its plumbed into the map sensor:( Iam just going to get someone to look at it, its taking to much time to figure it out:( cheers for all the help everyone:)
  2. Its a Jspec. All the wires look to be all ok and cant see any to be loose or damaged.
  3. ok very last try, I got fault code 31 and 78. 31 fault being- open or short in air flow meter circuit, air flow meter, ecu 78 fault being- open or fault in the fuel pump ecu circuit, fuel pump ecu, fuel pump, ecu power source circuit and ecu. I dont think its the fuel pump or the ecu but how do I check for the others? What should I do now? Just take it to a garage:blink:
  4. Just had another go at the car, I think I need to give up though. The car fired up for some strange reason(this is without bridging the 2pins in the diag port together) , but it was reading very lean on the afr gauge. After trying to get a reading from the pfc pin (It read 2-3volts but it stayed at 2-3volts) while ignition was on. I tired to fire the car up it it started(now the car is reading very rich and when you rev it a little alot of fuel came out the exhaust. Turned it off then fired it back on then again but eventually died and wouldn't start. I thought Ill check if the reading from the pfc pin was correct the first time round so thought I better double check, it read 2-3volts, when I tired to fire the car up it would fire up but running very rich on the afr gauge and now the engine management light is on:blink: So annoyed not even sure if any off the above makes sense.
  5. That white one has the ridox bumper(whifbitz do a copy) with the optional carbon bottom part and a trd2 wing with volk te37's. It definetly looks the nuts but I think it has to be the whole package for it to work The first white one is on stock bumper with greedy lip but ends are taken away but again the wheels and height make a big difference to that look. I have seen a white supra around my area with stock wheels in black dropped really low with red uk brakes all round and it looks amazing I think. Hopefully you get some ideas from this:d
  6. Which is the fc pin? we are meaning one of the connectors on the fc ecu yeh?[OOPS][/OOPS]
  7. or if you like this one Ill sell you the bumper and skirts:d
  8. Yeh they are ok, i even switched them around jsut incase but just did the same. Could CW be right and its just the alarm? If its the alarm would bridging the diag port still make the car start?
  9. No I do have stock ecu in this supra but I had one from my old supra too:)
  10. Its just a cat1 alarm, nothing too special really. No one fiddled around the passenger footwell lately. I put my old std supra j-spec ecu in yesterday, I was just trying it out incase something went faulty with the ecu. But this is all after the car would start.
  11. The car fires up with the bridged B+ and FP in the diag port, Ok I forgot to check voltage on the fuel pump ecu:( Ill give that a go now. Started it back up but dont think the fc is got any voltage unless am not using the volt meter correctly. I used a nut thats attached to the cars shell to get the neg and the red end in all the plug ends from the fc and nothing on the meter. If Iam not getting voltage on the fc, what is it I need to do to fix my car?
  12. what about a set of ccw classic in 11.5inch wide rear and 9inch wide front wheels rim size 18's with a greddy front lip and roll the fenders and get the fenders just sitting on the arches? Wont do much for handling but its a good look if done right. If you really want a kit the ridox with all the extra carbon parts, lips, sidesirts extension etc then that is one of the most aggressive kits I think and looks as close to those mad time attack cars as you can get supra wise I think. If you look at the pic below and above you can see the difference in the ridox with the carbon lip option and the ridox with the carbon orido lip extension which is a extra £1150 as mentioned above. One of my favorites supra because it looks like its a wangan car
  13. The loom as in the fc connectors? Ill check this tommorrow if so. Also where are the diag ports for B+ and fp in the engine bay?
  14. sweet, missed the first one so hopefully make it to this:)
  15. Not tired bridging the B+ and FP, what would that show me, thats wrong? I have stock ecu, just walbro fuel pump. Only dodgy wiring was the electric fan but thats not taken off however the wiring is still all connected up. DAVE222- I just changed the pump over from the walbro to another new walbro. I'll have a go looking at the 9/12volt supply too. The car was running then suddenly lost all power but regained power for 10-20sec then nothing, if thats any help:(
  16. QUOTE=JustGav;2110322]Have you checked you are getting voltage to the fuel pump? Ive not done that [OOPS][/OOPS] If there is no voltage, what would I need to do?
  17. Those brakes are awesome, the front caliper looks massive:D How much wider a are the front caliper compared to the uk spec calipers do you know?
  18. It doesn't prime at all and I just put a new pump in earlier as I thought it was that. Ill need to see about the lights again but am sure they all did come on.
  19. O brian for got to say, you cant hear the pump come on would that still be timing are eletrical?
  20. I have the stock cam pulleys and just had the belt changed at envy about 1k miles ago. Could this still be it ? Tricky-yeh checked the efi fuse(the ones ones on the egine bay yeh?)They seem fine
  21. Ok I thought my pump had went but it hasn't. Fuses seem all fine, What should I do? My mate said spray some carb cleaner in the filter intake pipe while try turning it, it came online for a sec but cut off again so I think there just isn't any fuel getting to the engine but fuse, pump are all ok. What should or can I do?
  22. Hi, Im looking for a new one but its cool noe. cheers anyway:)
