  1. Hi, I un-plugged the snooper from the cigerette lighter and put in a fancy cigerette light plug-in but then decided that it didnt look that good so plugged the snooper back on.( I have a twin fan and hks fan controller) then the fan controller started to flash on and off :(with a constant clicking noise coming from it. i checked the reley that connects to the fan which was clicking, but when i disconnected the power it stopped, and then tried a using the other fan reley and it started to click again - but once disconnected it would stop....so i dont think the problem is the reley as only one fan is affected at the moment ( the clicking one) All the wires seemed to be fine, just wondering if anyone knows if it could be the controller thats not fully working, as one fan is working but the other isn't and the controller still keeps on flashing and making a clicking noise, as soon as the ignition is turned on no matter if the clicking reley is disconnected or not. So basically one of the two fans comes on noramally but the other continously comes on and off with the clicking from the reley and the controller......... Anyone know what it could be?
  2. I think I'll try some different pads and go from there just so I get more use of the UK brakes and more experiance on them, so when I do upgrade I can feel the diffenece more easily if any on the roads. Cheers for all replys and information
  3. good luck in your search mate, Supras are definetly cheaper to run or anything than a gtr so good choice:)
  4. This is one of my favorite sf cars, cant go round corners but its still bloody mental and so sexy looking. Stock body with lip is the way forward:eyebrows:
  5. I have takata harneses and bride mats which I dont see much
  6. Thanks for all the replys. When I was getting new brakes on my old car I had looked into the advantages and the points of having bigger brake etc and looked at a thread CW posted about bias and small brakes are just as good but they fade quicker etc So I have done some research on brakes, am no speciallist but in real life things change a little imo. Ok so the bigger brakes dont stop quicker, but the bite gives you a much greater pedal feel of what is happening and that gives me more confidence in the brakes which means later braking or just more presise braking times if you know what I mean. This is just what I have found with my own experience( which is not much by the way) I will be taking the car on track after some problem free motoring(fingers crossed) but at the moment I wanted to know how people felt with the Uk brakes but there obviously highly rated. I do think the brakes are ok but I just want more feedback and feel from them thats why I ask would changing the pads help enough or would it have to be the bbk. I had full stop techs on my old car and they were good and it could be argued that they probably didn't stop any faster than the oem ones until alot of hard braking were the old ones would have just melted on track and failed but the initial bite and feel you got from them let you brake later and felt like you were stopping quicker and gave much more confidence in braking on the track or even just road driving. please correct anything that sound wrong or stupid. Anymore feedback on the brakes issue is appricated. thanks p.s yeah I have oem disc
  7. Hi, I've got the full UK set up on my supra with braided lines and cw fast road pads but I still dont think the bite and stopping power is enough(this is on road not track driving). Should I try different disk and pads or just go for a new big brake kit? If I should go for a big brake kit I am thinking about the brembo monoblock 6pot caliper kit, anyone know if they will fit behind the tte wheels or has anyone got big brakes on a tte wheel? Any help is good help. Thanks
  8. Hi what are the offsets on these? cheers

    Kaaz LSD

Yes had this in my old supra, felt good for going sideways but never had it on track so cant comment how bad it would understeer on track.
  12. My mate just told me someone was bitching about my supra. Glad its over, whatever it was about. Just want to say, the spec is all true, none was made up. Who ever told you it was made up, em I think he was taking the piss or just talking shit!
  13. SMD_DUH- we are meeting at 9.30 at the quay. J-tuner are coming after they finish a evo rolling road day to.
  14. If its just catching the arches then narrower tyres will help(but you loss grip) or as normore1 said- get the 275*30 might help, you could just raise the suspension(if you have coilover, but wont look as good) or buy harder suspension(cost alot of money), or get some neg camber on the rear (will need new tyres more often). yeah offset will affect you dish. If your really wana keep them, hope some off the above info will help.
  15. Where is everyone from glasgow meeting?
  16. Not sure if this will help but the gain is how much boost you want and set gain is how hard it comes in.
  17. I didn't know what car they where going on until he posted here. They where sold on Ebay. Not on this site. So I didn't know what they where going onto. I had callers with custom drag cars asking about these. I had people in the states and europe asking. The people that think I was trying a scam here well your wrong, but if you don't wana beleive me then I'am sorry that you feel this way.
  18. So you are saying I should go back to the guy I bought them from and tell him how it is? People said they wont fit so that mean I can 't sell them on? People say they wont fit but there are people that would try fit them anyway ( me for example) The fronts are wide and I agree with that but If I had kepted them and couldn't get the front one's on I'am sure I could get another 2 wheels with a higher offset and sell the old one's to a drifter or whatever.
  19. Obviously I mean proper wide arches, the veilside one's are little add on's that I fitted ages ago.
  20. I was very happy to answer any questions people wanted to know. Someone even asked for sizes and what did I do give him sizes! I had over 50 question on these. People asking will these fit on my gtr, rx7 etc etc I would tell them no and you need wide arches. I never told anyone -yeah they will fit a treat- ( I had asked people when I was buying them myself and I was told wide arches and that was what I was planning to do) Bloody hell If I wanted to con someone I would have just said " I man they fit anything even your bike( fuking pedal bike at that)"
  21. CJ-I might have been online but I don't sit in front of the comp all the time. I bought these and never drove in them because I was waiting to get arch work done. I needed the money as other modifications ended up costing more than planned hence the sale. Is that a big deal? When you bought them I decided that it would have been a waste not to have even tired to see what they look like on my car. If I was trying to bump you would I have even bothered posting anything at all in the 1st place.
  22. Everyone that mailed me on these I told them you needed wide arches and even on the page I had mentioned- PLEASE OBSERVE SPEC- Never said they would fit a standard supra but i did say they would fit supra's because they do have a PCD 114.3 I ant a con people! Well hope use don't think I am.
