Went to the pics tonight to see Jack Black in Rewind, was OK, but IMO he does mainly the same stuff in most pics he does. There were five of us and I was asking for some eats & drinks. It was busy so in a loud voice I asked for a sweet cockporn !Embarrased, I tried to say it again and could just get the "cock" bit out, thank God for Soo as she came to my rescue and asked for the Popcorn (was for her anyway) ! Much laughing at me for a good ten minutes as we sat and waited for the film to start... Was even worse than when I asked the young lady at McDonalds for a ham & cheese "Bugler" (was trying to order a Bagel and a burger) Chrrreeees G

Just to say thank you everybody for trying to help... This is my first post on the wireless laptop. Spend (another) four hours today trying sort it out with Belkin (router makers). Spoke to two nice but useless indians this morning and one nice and useful one ! The first two just managed to 1, disconnect my laptop completely from the net and the second and 2, disconnect my main pc from the net - not happy. It took me another couple of hours to get it back on. Finally sorted it out and it was a setting in the router, was PPPoE and sould have been PPPoA Anyway, all OK (for now). Cheers all. G

Chris... that's the funniest dog I've seen in ages - is it a "Bird-Dog"

The last dogs I had were a Weimaraner and a German Wirehaired Pointer, they both were kennelled outside in a shed with run. Both loved it inside given half a chance though, especially 6" in front of our open fire, sometimes, so near they would "smoke" ! Being an old softy, I had a red heat lamp in their shed though, sort of thing farmers put over piglets. I did move the whole lot into the back of my garage when the GWP was a pup. It had a problem (prob GWP related) and burned the whole garage down together with my beautiful red Westfield (dogs were OK though) ! Not sure if the heat lamp was neccessary but made me feel better on really cold nights.

I know an MOT place in Somerset (not that local I know) who seems to MOT anything different, inc bikes, trikes & one-offs. Let me know if you need contact details. Good luck with the project... G PS... if it doesn't go to plan, how about putting it in a stripped out. lowered, wide, Smart Car !

It's a place between home & London, seems to be open most weekends although sometimes it gets busy later in the day, best to get there nice & early if you can. It's interesting as you get all sorts of cars running although most don't seem to be interested in blatting it although sometimes you do get the odd Porka going for it Send me some money and I'll take you there

No warning light, and power came back straight away ! Boost gauge going on with BPU. 120? Sounds almost like the stock limiter? Can't be as it let me get up to 140 a few minutes later ! Think I won't panic but have another crack at 120 plus when I can.

Had what seemed like fuel cut today, it was about 120/125 MPH (obviously on a private track) and sudden loss of power, came back in instantly and everything was fine after that. Tried a few other fast runs between 120 & 140 and no problems at all, I've a Thor TSD and a FCD. Any suggestions, not BPU yet but going that way in three weeks ! Cheers G

Just a thought... How about making it 2.00 PM ? It gives a bit longer in the daytime sun ? (for Supra viewing) is a bit closer to lunch time (my belly rumbles at 2.15) and gives me longer in your company (creep - creep) oops.. and Mr Mawby's obviously G
