Seems to me that at most meets it would be useful to have members mobile numbers. Saves time waiting for people who arn't coming or have been delayed. There's been lots on the forum about our Supes getting too common. Gatso and I have just got back from a long weekend in Edinburgh. On the way back we did a detour through the Lakes to see Coniston Water where Malcolm Campbell broke is speed records (and died on his last one) so did a total of 947 Miles. Supra's spotted on the run: 0 ! I'm sure there are more on the roads than a few years ago, but you can't do many thousand mile drives and not see a car of your model can you. Just a thought to cheer you up...... PS. The car went "perfec" (obviously) and for the first time ever we made a note of the milage and fuel - gave 27 MPG, which for fast motorway driving we were chuffed at...

It occured to me the other day when I found yet another Safety van (think they are breeding in Wilts) that you bikers have no front number plate. Does that mean that these shity vans cause you no problems ? Would be brill to blast past them over the limit.... Just a thought ..... !

Have a look at the RSR. We nearly bought a Blitz but was worried about the ground clearance. Bought an RSR from Paul E and it's really nice. Tucks up right out of the way, looks good, sounds great and got a removable baffle. Just my 2ps worth....

Yep, two more multi coloured Supra owners here.... Had a great day though, pity to have so many members there but no meet up (unless we missed it). We should have arranged a giant picnic at lunch time. Couldn't stay until the end so it's nice to hear that the CRD lads did well (well anybody in a Supe).. Looking forward to JAE now........

Got an RSR last year and really pleased with it. Nice (loud) noise, removable baffle (think it's lost) and, important for round here, it's nice and snug under the car so avoids the speed bumps. Cheers PS. I know that Chris Wilson (Super Supra Guru) also strongly recommends the stock air filter system.

No, but guessed there was something on as I was at work at Westbury and noticed a few tasty cars going down the A350. Went out for a play, but by that time (bout 5.00) all I could find was a maniac pug and a ducati. Had a go with the bike but to much traffic to keep up, got a wave (of appreciation I think) at the end of the warminster bypass ! What did I miss ??

Well I had heard about them on here .... but when I saw them in the flesh on Tuesday night I just had to get my hands on them. It was love at first sight They looked quite good covered in see through plastic, but when rip it off and get them hot - WOW I was worried at first that there wouldn't be enough to go around - but Rosie came up trumps, and now I have a pair all to myself, and at such a reasonable price too, what a gal What more can I say - thank you again Rosie.... First post meet Post !! Had a really nice afternoon thanx... Thanks to Neo for suggesting it. Won't do a list of name cos you know you were there, but really nice to meet up with you all again. Nice following you back Simon, thinking - "we look like that" Dropped Sue of in Salisbury as planned and had a brill blast over the downs from Shrewton to Warminster being followed by a 911 (996) Turbo giving it some. Couldn't shake him off, but he was trying very hard to "own" me, but failed He pulled in to our village and we had a quick natter, he said that the Supe couldn't have been standard and he was "very impressed" ! Seemed a nice bloke (but anybody does who likes the Supra's) . Just looked his motor up and it's 420 BHP four wheel drive and lots & lots of dosh ! Think he could have took me on a bigger road, but not today !!!! Brill.... PS, Sue's looked in her diary and the Fairmile night is free.....
