  1. 2 of the buggers racing here... eventually. link I take it that's an 1/8 mile.
  2. The Bournemouth area must be the mkiv capital of the UK, am used to not being able to go there without seeing one, but this is a new record. Going to the beach on Saturday saw a silver one in Boscombe by the shopping centre, then parked on the seafront 10 cars down from a storm blue one. Coming home saw a lovely deep red one (definitely not pink) by the mini golf course, then another red one 5 minutes later (could have been same one, but was heading in opposite direction) and finally a black one with a lady driver by the big Tesco. Also saw a green Murcielago, red F430, blue 70s Z28 Camaro, lovely black R33 Skyline and even nicer black FD RX7 with big racing spoiler. The sun always seems to bring nice cars out.
  3. Wow, spotted and recognised, I feel famous! Know what you mean, I'm always getting cut up on those roundabouts at the Moonrakers.
  4. Yep, definitely worth seeing on the big screen, both my g/f and I loved it, far exceeded our expectations. Great action, awesome military hardware (if you're into that sort of thing) and lots of humour.
  5. Bloody hell, how did they get a hybrid Supe down to 1080kg! I thought hybrids were supposed to be heavy? With 700HP it must be quite a fun drive. First Hybrid Race Win
  6. Well the hybrid Supe won... Autoblog newstory ...by a mere 19 laps!
  7. 5.95 seconds for my SZ-R. I doubt it.
  8. I'm sure I filled up at $1.19 in Indiana around 6 years ago, prices had broken the terrifying $2 barrier, so Indiana removed all tax from fuel to give people a break!
  9. 2-3 years ago it was a dollar less than that too!
  10. Technically the term BPU has been used correctly*. Just because TT supra owners have a set definition of what upgrades this refers to when applied to their cars, doesn't mean it implies identical upgrades have been made when referring to a BPU Scooby, Civic, or in this case NA supra. It's not a TT Supra specific term. * although the P is debatable when referring to an NA supe
  11. They've also mounted their steering wheel wrong by the looks of it - schoolboy error.
  12. Nice to see a Supra replacing a Lexus as a Japanese racecar choice, rather than vice versa! Autoblog story
  13. I e-mailed mine yesterday but haven't received a reply?
  14. That's just a test mule at the ring (clearly based on an S2000) - all the body panels will be replaced, presumably to look like one of the two NSX concepts Honda have come up with (I prefer the earlier one).
  15. I have no problems with people having to have a legal number plate on the rear, but the only reason I can see for them being petty about a front plate is so safety/surveillance cameras can read it. Many countries (e.g. the US) don't even require front plates. I doubt anyone's ever reversed away from a hit and run.
  16. Is it just me or is there a pacman ghost in the ice?
  17. Received this in the post this week - so stoked, I've never really won anything before! Gonna take pride of place on the mantlepiece. Thank you so much Gaz / Envy!!
  18. Must be suspended on a thin thread through the middle of the card? I definitely don't recommend playing cards with him... wowser
  19. Ba-ba ba ba ba - I'm hatin' it.
  20. Save yourself $100,000 and a few years of your life... The secrets of scientology (South Park style) No need for biting satire with beliefs as loonball as those.

    I give up

Sell it and buy an NA! No, seriously, sorry to hear about all the hassle you've had. Silver lining? Surely you'll reach a point where nothing else can go wrong? Maybe.
