As Jon said to do all clears you need 2 sets of j-spec and 2 sets of uk spec. The 2 red 2 clear does look good especially on a silver car.

If it's a 94 or a 93 L reg thats the latest reg number you can have, you can have anything older, options are plate on retention, newer car, different plate.
