We done ours using the instructional thread on the forum, piece of cake, took bumper right off though, makes things easier. Will post some pics when I find them.

Presume you mean the strips in the bumper mouth, these are expanding clips not fasteners, you need to be careful removing these as they tend to break, you should be able to gently lever the middle piece out then the rest comes. you can see the top ones better if remove the rubber strip that supports the bonnet. hope this is of some help.

Hi Dave, yep we are ok, howz u?. 4 new tyres, then the water pump went, so ended up having new cam belt and auxillary belts, cost me a few quid, lol.
