Go back to the dealer and ask him for ' Toyota booklet, Imported Used Vehicles ' Part no :00193-03210, then get him to read back to you Toyota's policy on Imported Vehicles, then tell him you will be phoning Toyota GB Ltd 01737 363633, he will then service your vehicle. This policy applies even to franchises.
