  1. Me too. Just been downstairs to let the cat out and check on the hairy ginger cat who comes to our house for a stroke and a little food, he spends more time here than he does at home up the road. His hair is all knotted with dirt, I've been trying to clean him up by cutting bits off and giving him a comb.
  2. They look very young, you have their mother there with them too?
  3. I can imagine it being more and more like this with electronic problems that they cannot fix.
  4. Insurance or something or an AA patrolman? I wouldn't mind being a patrolman but as fas as I'm aware you need specific qualifications.
  5. My brother has just fitted a LPG kit to his 3.0 litre S type Jag, cost £1000. It starts on petrol, when the water temp rises it's used to vapourise the lpg. This only takes a couple of miles at the very most. Or you can buy an electrical vapouriser if you want to run on LPG from start up. It's only 54 pence per litre around here.
  6. Yes, it is possible. There isn't much room in the boot for the lpg tank though, a doughnut shaped tank would fit if you remove the spare wheel but it would stick up above the board which would normally be there.
  7. This is how I pressure tested mine, look at the pic in the first post and my method later on. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=59939&highlight=tube
  8. As near as possible to the stock offset which is +50mm, 19's are fine. I've got 19's , 8.5" front and 9.5" rear. You should also bare in mind that obviously you want to clear the brakes so the wheel design has to be considered with the brakes you have fitted.
  9. I've got mercury silver, they're very nice. I've forgotten how the two silvers compare.
  10. These work perfectly for BPU, around £11 for six at Brown Brothers motor factors. Why pay more? NGK - BKR7E (6097) - gap 0.7mm
  11. If the magnatec was 15w40 then it's going to be thicker or have an increased viscosity when the engine is cold compared to 10w40. 10w40 is more likely to leak past your valve stem oil seals when the engine is cold. 1/8 or 3mm overfill, I would be surprised if this has caused the smoke.
  12. This one? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=35917
  13. The top two are pre-facelift and the others are facelift. The pre-facelift have sidelights fitted inside too (arrow), the facelift lights have them fitted in with the indicators. http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/9605/headlight12mk.jpg http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/9076/headlight28wz.jpg
  14. Even if there aren't any faults the orange light should flash at a constant rate.
  15. Haha It's easy to get bored of a car when you drive it too often.
  16. Anything to do with the TT transplant? Obviously you have bridged E1 and TE1 with a permanent link?
  17. The only place I can imagine getting brake fade would be on a track.
  18. That's correct. Bridge Tc and E1 with a piece of wire, located in diagnostic port in engine bay.
