  1. Correct. The rest of you are wrong. There's an inside lip which is inboard about 0.5" and it's measured from that. So a 9" wheel measures 10" with the tape measure to the outside. The reason I know is that I measured my wheels when I bought them. http://www.streetdreams.org/images/offset.jpg
  2. What a disaster for us fans. What on earth can the club do now when a manager isn't allowed to decide which players come and go?
  3. Decapitation springs to mind.
  4. Correct part numbers and they do fit both the J spec and Uk cars.

    exhaust

There's a few heat shields, it could be one of those.

    exhaust

Which one? The first one is more difficult to do than the second only because you'll need a longish extention on the socket in order to reach the nuts and there's also a possibility that you could shear off a stud, so you need to be prepared for that. If you don't want to do it yourself you should be able to get it fitted at an exhaust fitting garage for a small fee. I'm sure someone will have a secondhand to sell you, I wouldn't even bother pricing a new one as it'll be very expensive.
  7. This and the extra plumbing, possible restriction/airlock which has caused the problem? You wouldn't expect the pump to last only 300 miles with the increased load on it. When you go single is the increased speed or the increased acceleration of the pump likely to cause problems? Is it possible to dispense with the cooler and increase the size of the power steering pulley and fit a larger belt. I suppose this depends on how exactly the Supra varies the assistance relative to speed if you want to keep this the same as a stock car.
  8. That's exactly the way I went about it when I had my misfire but it kept misfiring after replacing all of those parts. I decided to remove the crank/camshaft speed sensors, visually they looked okay. Checked the resistance, I'm not sure if this alone can diagnose them as being faulty though. Refitted these speed sensors and now the car runs perfectly with no misfires at all.
  9. The consensus of opinion on here is that the stock Toyota filter is best.
  10. Halfords sell the etch primer, £11.49 a can. http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10151&storeId=10001&partNumber=741124&langId=-1 The last time I bought some from a motor factor and it wasn't any cheaper.
  11. What exactly, upgrading to UK brakes or just fitting new disks/pads?

lol That's a good attitude to have.

Do you have a normal one to compare it with? I think you might have to clarify "smaller"?
  14. Yes, totally selfish behaviour. 15 year old daughter with her whole life infront of her, not to mention family which they must have left behind.
  15. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=100 Don't forget to mention that you want delivery to the UK.
  16. Would the alarm siren go off and would it immobolise the car if someone was to force entry and try to steal it?

    colour

Only you can answer this question, who cares if it's rare if you prefer other colours.
  18. I bought my coilpacks from Curt Aigner who's a Toyota dealer on Supraforums. Considerably cheaper than Steve Manley and this included delivery from the US.
  19. Isn't the normal price the same but they can give a discount up to 25% I think.
  20. Have you tested the alarm to see if it works?
  21. What a disaster it would be if Keegan did leave because of not having the funds to buy some half decent players, the message it would send to a prospective new manager and more importantly the fans would be dire to say the least. If he did go because of this I couldn't see my fellow Newcastle supporters with season tickets wanting to go to watch them anymore, undoubtedly they would protest by boycotting the home games.
  22. According to the EPC Jake is correct, they've all got one for the air con. All the pre-facelift cars have one electric fan for engine cooling and the facelift TT's have two. But the EPC says that the air con cooling fan is only for the auto TT.
  23. That smell from the frozen food factory on the main road is lovely. It used to be part of my area that I worked in until very recently.
  24. I've got those exact size wheels too and my tyres are. 245/35 19 and 275/30 19
