The wiring diagram that I've got doesn't show the four immobiliser wires going right into the control box, there's a little gap. I would think this is so they cannot be identified easily and they aren't lined up in a particular order. I can only assume that you've got the incorrect wires because if the two circuits on the original wiring were reconnected then the car would definately start.

I'm surprised that you identified the two immobilised circuits so easily. Did you trace them back to the two wires on the ignition harness which were cut and did you simply connect them back together again?

It is a lot of money but how many Supra's come up for sale with only 6100 miles on the clock and all the TRD parts fitted in the factory so the car remains unmolested. -
