  1. What could've caused that then, was the tyre an old one?

    Help

Have you had a look underneath to see if it's leaking/blowing anywhere?
  4. That Toyota parts bloke doesn't sound too clever, he can tell you that the part number doesn't correspond with your vehicle yet he cannot tell you which one does. Sometimes the part number is actually on the part itself, might be worth a look. Here's what it looks like on the epc, a little confusing.
  5. No, they don't just work with vvti engines
  6. You could start a thread in his own section or Supra chat. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=78
  7. You can also buy a clear type lacquer at model shops, I bought some orange lacquer for the indicator bulbs. Tamiya X27 Mini Acrylic Paint Clear Red http://www.hiroboy.com/catalog/images/x-27.jpg
  8. This may be useful for some. From April 2009, you can claim a one-off, tax-free payment from H M Revenue & Customs (HMRC) if you're a mum-to-be who's at least 25 weeks pregnant. The payment is called 'Health in Pregnancy Grant' and is to help you prepare for the birth of your baby. Your due date needs to be on or after 6 April 2009 for you to make a claim. http://campaigns.direct.gov.uk/money4mum2be/
  9. Weird. I thought it was normal practice to convert two of the four rear brake lights to function as fog/brake lights.
  10. £53.10 is the official fee. They can charge less, I paid £40 last week.
  11. Why do you want to know?
  12. It's not. Brighter bulb? Are you aware that the J spec car didn't come with a standard fog light? A fog light woud've been fitted in this country when it was imported, either an aditional light fitted on the back or it can be incorporated into the standard rear lights like this: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=80479&highlight=fog+light+mod
  13. See if you can understand the differential. http://auto.howstuffworks.com/differential2.htm
  14. That's good. I hate trying to find the part numbers for door seals and stuff.
  15. I'm reluctant to use my epc to search for part numbers for door trims and seals as they aren't particularly easy to identify, I don't want to give you an incorrect part number. With my local Toyota dealer you cannot change your mind and not purchase a part when it's been ordered in, so what do you do if you go in and give him a list of part numbers and you order an incorrect part? You could find them yourself with this online EPC. . .
  16. The grade of bolt should be marked on the head. I wouldn't normally torque them up, they don't need to be very tight. Are there any locking washers used?
  17. I would start by having a look for a bad connection on the wiring harness in the engine bay and at the bulb itself, bad earth etc?
  18. A picture paints a thousand words!

    Zeemax Jaguar XKR

How to ruin a really nice car!
  20. I've just had a look at the other threads that you started and can see it's got something to with how you word your questions. If you were a foreigner you wouldn't get the same treatment. Don't let it put you off.
  21. I'm sure that a full advert and location would help a lot, I doubt he'll go back and edit his posts made about the car and it's history.
  22. Yes, the Captain did a fantastic job. He must feel absolutely elated to have pulled that landing off so perfectly, I hope the pilot and crew have a press conference so they can explain how it all happened.
  23. It's no surprise at all that they disagree with the governent, they take the opposite view with almost everything else which is typical of an opposition party.
  24. I much prefer the green fields to a massive tarmac and concrete area, but I don't think there's any alternative at the moment to building another runway somewhere in the London area. It's pointless building a large airport in another part of the country at the moment if there's going to be very little need for it in the near future. London is obviously the centre of business and commerce but unfortunately encouraging it to move to other parts of the country would be a very slow and difficult process as there aren't any advantages at all for most companies to move.
