  1. I'm not sure if you can find out anything else using the epc, gearbox and RZ, SZ etc. I think you might need the model number aswell as the frame number which you've got. The registration can be used on here to find out if it's a TT or NA. http://ownvehicle.askmid.com/
  2. Very impressive. On the tyre calculator - Geometry calculations. Should "additional rolling diameter" be "additional rolling circumference" ?
  3. It's just crazy. Having to slow down to save fuel instead of going flat out will be very boring. It would be far easier if they could do whatever they wanted as long as they had a limited budget.
  4. Do it youself and save some money, it's not difficult and there is an online manual.
  5. I'm really sorry to hear that. It's so gut wrenching when this happens but it does get easier as you'll already know, remember that you did all you could and he had a really good home. Unfortunately they've got to go sometime but being able to put them to sleep is always the kindest thing and best way to just go peacefully to sleep.
  6. I would be very reluctant to buy a car which has been sprayed a none standard colour, has it been done properly, engine bay painted and all the other inconvenient places?
  7. Complete turnaround really, this season the regulations were designed to slow the cars down with less downforce and a reduced rev limit. Top speed on the straights and around the corners will increase, surely there'll be restrictions on the movement of front and rear wings.
  8. 90919 - 02205 The other number on toyodiy is for the vvti coilpack - it only has three.
  9. Have a read of this, obviously referring to the appropriate section aswell - US spec Supra or Japan Spec Supra (J spec - import) http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=94705
  10. Big end Bearing sizes. Are you using the numbers on the crankshaft and connecting rod cap as you've got the number on the block listed above?
  11. +50mm is the regular offset, but you can go less than that and it will bring the wheel closer to the wheel arch which looks better. I've got: 19 x 8.5 offset +39........245/35 19 tyre 19 x 9.5 offset +37........275/30 19 tyre Others will have different sizes that fit aswell. You've got to make sure that a particular wheel will clear the brake calipers aswell as not rubbing on the wheel arch.
  12. An amazing difference, the wheels are very nice.
  13. Push type for the NA. You sometimes need to use a special tool for a pull type clutch.
  14. Will you be using 2 pack paint? I painted one of my side skirts with a Devilbiss gun and a secondhand compressor. The finish was very good indeed, all the work is in the preparation and the spraying is easy.
  15. An adapter which converts 8cm size cd's to standard size.
  16. Awesome! (Where's Michael?)
  17. I'm suprised at eight voting for "Don't give a rats arse". Can we now make the poll public? I thought the price was a little high too but I'm sure it's proportionate to the work involved, I can imagine more than a few on here having a go of this and making a right mess of it.
  18. I can't understand why you're asking this particular question. Why would anyone vote "no" ? Do you want to know how many would be interested in getting their dashboards painted?
  19. I had a look on my epc earlier but couldn't see it, it's sometimes difficult to recognise the shape of some parts. Have you tried the online epc? http://www.toyodiy.com/
