  1. Yes,that's all you need - long extension bars and the universal joint. Two of them are easy enough to get at and one is a little awkward.
  2. Why would you have to prove that you didn't stomp on the brakes? You say he has no defence against his claims, you're assuming the old bloke was in the right and has witnesses to back him up? To state the obvious, to aportion blame on who was responsible for one car hitting another you would have to be there to witness it! Clearly Todd shouldn't have thrown the keys away but what about the old bloke with all of that verbal abuse - you don't have a problem with that?
  3. I don't think it would be wise to leave just yet. Who's going to have the best car next year when we could possibly see the introduction of two different sets of regulations?
  4. I don't know, I fitted mine. If knowone else replies, have a look for traders on here in your area and ask them or another member may fit it for a small fee. It's not difficult to fit but someone familiar with the Supra would be obviously preferred. I live too far away.

    18'' wheels

The stock wheel widths for a TT Supra are 17" , widths 8" & 9.5" (I realise that you have a NA) So 8.5" and 9.5" will be fine, you don't need a 10" rear unless you're after wide tyres at the rear for esthetic reasons. The stock offsets are +50mm. I've got +39mm at the front and +37mm at the rear. When you reduce the offset from 50mm it brings the wheel out nearer the wheel arch which looks better in my opinion but getting them close to +50mm would give you a set up near to what Toyota designed for the Supra. If you find some wheels that you like then ask again before you purchase them.
  6. I've done it too -a little depressing!
  7. Why don't you get in the car and press the keyfob button a couple of times (it may take the alarm 30 seconds or so to arm) and then see if it's immobilised by trying to start it, also unlock and open the door from the inside to see if the alarm goes off. I fitted the Toad ai606 to my car 4 years ago and it's been totally faultless.
  8. . 3 Coilpack clips £14 delivered You only need 3 for a VVTI TT.
  9. The optional £40m budget cap is a ridiculously low figure for a team to design and run cars that participate in the worlds most prestigious motorsport racing series. I'm sure they'll all end up comprising and raising the budget.
  10. lol Funny when he popped his head back up then down again.
  11. The powder coating process involves applying powder to the part in question and then baking it in the oven, the powder particles melt and coalesce to form a continuous film on the part. Thermoplastic powders will remelt when reheated. Thermosetting powders will not remelt upon reheating.

    Big day tomorrow

If Newcastle win tonight they should move out of the bottom three on goal difference and go above Hull, I can barely remember the last time Newcastle scored a goal. A big game for Leeds on Thursay, an aggregrate score of 0-1 which isn't bad considering they'll have home advantage.
  13. Subscribe to the cheapest Virgin package and buy yourself a Eurovox box and you'll get all of the channels available. They do a HD box too.
  14. Isn't there someone on supraforums.com who's done this?
  15. The Mclaren version of Kers was on bbc's red button after a recent race. This is the translated version which is infact more detailed than the direct English one. . QwDGz4kcwPc
  16. You're kidding, it was one of the most boring races I've seen. Spain is well known for it's lack of overtaking opportunities.
  17. What's the alternative, a pizza hut equivalent of a harbour pilot.
  18. It's a very common, most problems are caused by a faulty power supply board. The Thomson HD digibox used inferior quality capacitors on the power supply board, some others did too. There're repair kits available from satcure, I bought the first kit and fitted 15 new capacitors but it's not quite right so I'm going to get the second kit which will replace all of the likely faulty components.

  20. It would be very difficult to give any advice worth having without having a look at it first. The n/s/f wheel came off my van last year.
  21. How could she be so gullible.

    Big day tomorrow

Newcastle. v. Middlesborough on Monday night. It's all gone downhill since Mike Ashley bought the club, I don't think we would've been in this position if Keegan was still manager and was allowed to choose which players came into the club.
  23. How many people will have just done the lottery for tonight because it's £110 million? 20, 30, 40 or 50 million wasn't enough. . .
  24. I'm looking forward to seeing the Ridox bumper. I only like two aftermarket bumpers and this is one of them .
