  1. Does the new pipe have it's own nut fitted over the pipe before the olive or are using the old nut? Is anything fitted to the other end of the pipe that we can't see?
  2. Perfect for Anthony Hopkins, a good relaxing film to watch.
  3. I've had a few marks just like this and the car polish and wax works fine, I wouldn't use any fine wet and dry on these wheels as the finish is so delicate.
  4. What are the chances of receiving one in change from a purchase?
  5. They might fit but you've got to make sure that the front wheel will clear the brake caliper, this is dependent on the wheel design too and not just the offset. A supplier should know the the fitment required for a particular car.
  6. I took about £200 worth of 20p's to the bank a couple of months ago.

    door locks

The diagnostics section at the bottom is very comprehensive. http://www.turbosupras.com/pages/pages/technical/jza80/a80tsrm.htm
  8. Toyota would you believe. Is your car a manual or an auto as there's more than one on the epc for the auto depending on when the car was made?
  9. Ordinary car polish works fine with care. Just don't use anything like t-cut or a metal polish as you'll rub through.
  10. Not quite. Certain imported vehicles may be permitted to display number plates with smaller characters if: The vehicle's construction/design cannot accomodate standard size number plates. No excuses for not having full size plates on the Supra. I had a small one on the front and a double space on the rear which I got pulled over for so I fitted legal plates, you soon get accustomed to the size and you feel less vulnerable when a police car is following.
  11. Vans are always vulnerable as the thieves have a good chance of finding valuable tools. I made a hidden cable operated internal lock for my van from some thick section steel.
  12. A blemish on the polished lip or the painted inner section? Be very careful if you use an abrasive polish on the shiny lip as it's so easy to polish through it , I did just that so easily with a little T-cut.
  13. Get a larger than normal plate made up. It's the size and spacing of the letters which need to be standard and not the yellow background.

    wow... just wow

It goes well with the exterior.
  15. As usual it's at the wrong end of the country so I won't be going.
  16. Obviously check to see that you have the same colour wires as in the diagram below, I obtained the information from an online workshop manual. http://www.turbosupras.com/pages/pages/technical/jza80/a80tsrm.htm This is a pic of the plug.
  17. If you took the money I think it would be on your conscience that he could mess with someone else's kid if he wasn't locked up. If that wasn't going to happen then I would probably take the money and use it constructively.
  18. Confirmation that he has died from Law Enforcement Sources and LA Times.
  19. It's normal to get some clunking with the TT manual gearbox, not sure about the NA Supra.
  20. Strange how news travels. He's not dead yet on CNN and Fox news.
  21. 89491-14070 ..... Sensor, engine oil level. I used my own epc, but I also had a look at the online epc. I don't know how old the prices are but it gives you an idea. http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_J_1995_TOYOTA_SUPRA_JZA80-ALFQZ_8401.html?hl=89491
  22. That is expensive, but some garages do charge £100/hour. Your mate obviously hasn't done you any favours. Didn't you know how much it was going to cost before they started on it? It's a "bush kit".
  23. It's useful for Ebay as you don't have to keep refreshing the screen to see the time left counting down and bids coming in.
