  1. If the UK car allows the fitment of a standard size plate then so does the import. Ftting an aftermarket front bumper shouldn't allow you to use a smaller plate either.:hide: I had a small front plate fitted when I got the car so I just left it on, the Police pulled me over for having an extra space in the rear plate. He asked me what the front plate was like without even looking at it so i told him. I saw the error of my ways and was more than happy to fit standard plates, I should've done it earlier. You soon get used to the standard size front plate and it's nice to be legal and not to give the Police an excuse to pull you over.
  2. Thanks, possibly a Christmas present for myself.
  3. As the title says, Jenson Button is on Jonathan Ross tonight. Its a pity the show is spoilt by Jonathan Ross and the four homosexuals. .
  4. It will be helpful for those that want to go down tha route.
  5. It's been a very long time since I had an electric shaver. How do they compare to having a conventional wet shave which always makes you feel nice and clean, the electric shavers I used years ago didn't have that effect?
  6. Only 91 days , 13 hours , 15 minutes and 15 seconds to wait for the first action on the track.
  7. I'll answer the question. The pcd and centre bores are the same for the mkiii and mkiv Supra's. The mkiii wheels are a lower offset, but because there're both non stock wheels you'll have to see what offsets they are first, they could well fit okay.

    code 42 help

Both sensors are on the gearbox, I'm not 100% sure if the auto gearbox car has 2 sensors and the manual 1. Sensor locations, (the files take a few seconds to open). http://www.turbosupras.com/pdfs/JZA80%20TSRM/DI.pdf#page=413 Also http://www.turbosupras.com/pdfs/JZA80%20TSRM/DI.pdf#page=249 I would be looking for a bad connection at the sensors, multiplug connectors at the speedo and the ecu. Unplugging them and making sure they plug in okay and make a good connection. With the pdf files above, at the top you can search for specific words like "speed sensor" , click find next and it will take you right through the manual where it's found the words you searched for. Do a search in the diagnostics section in the main manual below, I've just started searching like this, it's a very useful function as the workshop manual is absolutely huge. http://www.turbosupras.com/pages/pages/technical/jza80/a80tsrm.htm
  9. It could cost a small fortune if you bought an ecu from a main dealer. I'm sure you would be able to buy a secondhand one from someone on here. As far as I remember the part number is on the ecu.
  10. If I'm switching through the channels and he's on I cannot get it turned over quick enough.
  11. You don't have to inflict a fatal wound to be found guilty of murder, the involvement whatever it was can be enough.
  12. It's obviously impossible to say without knowinng the evidence. In Italy, a unanimous vote is not needed for conviction, only a majority of 5 out of 8 jurors is required so the outcome can potentially be very very close. Imagine the jurors/judges having a vote when they first start their deliberations and it's 50/50 , it then only takes one person to swing the vote from innocent to guilty which is quite frightening to say the least. .
  13. It's not easy to say without knowing how the consumer unit is made up and the type of circuits that it supplies. I wouldn't say there's anything you could do yourself, I could suggest numerous things that could be at fault but without having a look it would be totally pointless. You don't want to be uprating fuses/breakers if the circuits aren't capable of supplying the load. You'll have to get someone out to have a look.
  14. Have you done a search on here?
  15. I'm glad to hear that he's on the mend.

    Potholer dies

I'm surprised they couldn't keep him alive.
  17. As far as I remember it was about 5 days. You have my sympathy.
  18. I think that's where the problem will be, it gets me every time and it always takes me ages to figure out what I did the previous time to fix it.
  19. Chris Wilson on here normally has them. Send an email, not a pm. Or phone. 07971-952084 [email protected]
