You don't need wide wheels/tyres on the front other than to make it aesthetically pleasing. But 7.5" is a little narrow.

They do exist but you cannot find them by searching for their part number, they're on toyodiy.com and also in my epc. I found them by doing a search for "harness" which located 4 parts. If you click on any of them it will take you to page 1 of 10 pages, they were on page 7. If you want to confirm that they do exist then just do a search for the part number on Google etc.

What about trying to work backwards from the warning light. If you're trying to stop it illuminating it may not be such a good idea as warning lights like this are set up up to illuminate when you put the ignition on to show they're all functioning correctly, a mot tester may spot that it's not working like it should.
