  1. They're are pretty east to install. They go over the original dials, leave the needles in place and slip the new dials over and a few electrical connections. Paul E - Miami Gt gets them made by Speed Hut in the States, you cannot order them directly. Design them on their wedsite, you can get Elo Glo or Reverse Glo. http://www.speedhut.com/el_detail.asp?catagory=TOYOTA&auto_number=341&bhcp=1 You will get the RHD ones :alien:
  2. Very Easy Look on the Miami Gt website, you can get them custom made. http://miami-gt.com/product_info.php?products_id=236&osCsid=e04d6e1df36b101929aac5b86b916c09 I've just ordered mine.

It's very easy to fit but you'll need to lift the car. It all depends on how competent you are though ?
  4. I wouldn't pull too hard, get some fishing line or strong thread and use it in a sawing action to cut through the adhesive.
  5. Best to check that your wiring harness and bulb holder will accept these push in wedge type bulbs though. They fit the facelift car okay, not sure about the earlier cars. Some have had to buy a wiring harness aswell from Toyota.
  6. It drives really well, I would like to get some wider ones for the back though!
  7. Any particular reason? I've got 255/35/18 all round, the car came like this. Would like to get some wider ones on the back but I don't think the wheels are wide enough.
  8. Couldn't agree more, they're not going to give you permission to kill! The number of people prosecuted for defending themselves is very very small anyhow, so why change the law.

  10. I used to have problems with not getting certain channels, a little bit of research revealed there was a problem with the digibox power supply. It's supposed to be fairly common with the Grundig box. I bought the kit available and replaced most of the capacitors, it's okay now. The picture's gone off 3 times tonight, normally it's just every few days. The picture doesn't freeze, you just get the same blue screen that you would get if you switched onto a channel that you hadn't payed for. The output from the box goes into the video and then into the TV via scart and coaxial. I assumed I didn't have a warranty because after the first 12 months I extended the guarantee but haven't bothered for the last 3 years. I'll have to give Sky a ring!
  11. Hope it's just the card, I've had the digibox for longer than 12 months so it won't be under guarantee.
  12. I keep losing the pic on Sky, I get a message saying "your viewing card isn't inserted correctly". I pull the card out and push it in again and the pic comes back on, giving it a wipe doesn't do anything. It's happening every few days or so, it really pisses me off when I've set the video and it records a blue screen. Is this likely to be the card or is it the digibox?

Not sure if chrisda wanted to know the wheel width aswell "9,5 or 10" It was in the title .
  14. She's had a lot of recent transactions and one of her buyers must have the email they get sent with her name and town details. It would be nice to send her a bogus email somehow to get her details. Like you said it's not the £12 but just the fact they ripped you off. :flame Dev
  15. With the seller only accepting paypal you wouldn't have been sent their address but you should have received an automated email from Ebay giving payment details including a name and the town where they live. It's not much but you could try the electoral register. Normally if you have the username and item number you can obtain contact details, but because Ebay has stopped her account it doesn't work. Surely you have the right to get these from Ebay. I'm still waiting for an airbrush that I won 27 days ago, cannot contact the seller - cost me £40.
  16. They can get a little warm!

    Tribe!

Bloody horrible drinking that warm blood, don't know how he didn't puke. The women wear that big ring thing to pull out the lower lip but first they have to have the lower incisors knocked out.
  18. Never thought of pushing them in , wasn't obvious . It does make it a bit easier!
  19. Screws near the hinge, pull off the caps first. Screws along the bottom edge of the door. Screw behind door open handle . Where you pull to close the door, lever off cap- screw There is also some rivet push fittings, various positions. Push the centre pin *in* and then pull the whole thing out http://img158.exs.cx/img158/9466/rivet6jj.jpg
  20. They do sell some cheap stuff for those who want it but you can still buy some quality stuff aswell. They're as busy as ever!
  21. Just found out that you can connect the timer to the handbrake so it will turn the engine off if it is released. If you haven't got a clifford alarm and there's quite a few of you that must have a turbo timer, how do set the alarm?
  22. Yeah , how do they work in conjuction with the alarm. If you've been driving the car hard and then stop off at the shops, with the engine still running for a few minutes wouldn't it be vulnerable from being stolen! Or can some alarms turn the engine off and immobile it if it detects entry. Are most alarms compatible?
