  1. Same here, flux! These bullet connectors are fine if used correctly, I tested one once by puting it in the vice and pulling on the wire. I couln't pull it loose no matter how hard I pulled. The bullet connectors from Maplins push together very snugly.
  2. The ones with the allen key socket on the stud don't have the flats for a spanner though. It's either one or the other.

  4. Too slow! 9 psi = 0.62 bar 14psi = 0.97 bar Boost will depend on exhaust fitted, restrictor ring etc.

  6. Yes. 44mm from the shoulder.
  7. The stud isn't part of the disc, it goes through into the hub Just buy a new stud. Take the wheel off and rotate the hub so the damaged stud is at the rear. Tap the old one out gently with a hammer and pull the new one in with a wheel nut ensuring it goes in square, make sure you don't over tighten and damage the stud. Make sure you don't have to hit it too hard, you wouldn't want to damage the hub bearing - it shouldn't be too tight. I used a ball joint separator to squeeze the old ones out. Can't remember if you need to remove the disc or not. I replaced all of mine.

    Supra Manual

Some good stuff here. http://www.mkiv.com/manual/index.html http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/resources_supra.htm
  9. The fronts on mine didn't have an allen key socket, but there's some flats behind the rubber boot which take a 14mm open ended spanner.
  10. lick ......... (I know it hasn't got a k)
  11. Did you adjust the gap, the -11 means that they're set at 1.1mm. You need about 0.8mm for a BPU car. I would put some new ones in to make sure . I got some NGK BKR7E(6097) from Partco, about £10.30 for 6 - good for a BPU car.
  12. Probably best to put the front end on the axel stands and leave the trolley jack under the diff. It would be okay if it was in a safe place where knowone has access, I wouldn't do it otherwise. Depends on how confident you are in keeping it stable, don't want any accidents!!!!!!
  13. Must be where I found it originally, but I looked this morning and couldn't find it.
  14. Red van man, Peugeot Boxer 2.8HDI - 158bhp(with power box)
  15. Got it off http://www.supraforums.com Think it's originally from the workshop manual. JohnA on here is responsible for this useful site if you don't already know. http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/resources_supra.htm
  16. Best to lift the whole rear end, use 2 axel stands - one on each side then the same at the front. Trolley jack under the diff then trolley jack under the front cross member. Here's a good diagram:
