  1. Standard car with standard exhaust is about 0.8bar. Depends on your exhaust really, if it's less restrictive then your boost should be higher.
  2. You'll definately be happy with either. Condition, mileage, colour, nice wheels etc are much more important!
  3. You mean the beige leather seats! You can fit a scoop to the J spec car aswell. On my J spec I've got UK brakes and black leather recaros, what more can you want?
  4. There is a cylinder kit available, but there is more than one type. Would need more details for which car, Model number and Frame number. Not sure if you want to divulge these, maybe give them to your dealer instead. I've got UK brakes on my J spec as standard , but the part number is different to the UK spec cars.
  5. If you've still got the catalysts on the car then you won't need a restrictor ring.
  6. I think with some you can use a bucket of water to feed them. We've got a middle of the range one, they're crap. Good for blasting the patio but no good for the car. Even when using the special detergent they don't get the car clean, this is the normal cold water feed type. You can buy the hot water ones, they're more expensive but should give similar performance to the commercials machines at the filling stations.
  7. I think Newcastle were so desperate to get someone like Owen, probably paid a bit too much but I'm surprised that he was sold to Real Madrid for just 8 million. God knows where the goals would've come from! I'm surprised we got 7 million for Jenas, he's nothing special at all! I hope Shearer has some sort of role at Newcastle after he retires, it would be great to see him take over as manager at some point.
  8. I didn't install the whole Toyota EPC. I installed the program disc on the hard drive which was straight forward. The stuff specific to the Supra is on two discs , one covers the Jap Supra and another covers the European ones. So I just leave one in the CD drive and read from there. Never tried putting them on the hard drive, didn't find any reason to!
  9. I wouldn't be happy either, definately suspicious. I wonder what happened to the previous MOT's, mileages are recorded. The DVLA must have a record of these though. Is the previous owner listed on the registration document. Companies are available who check on mileages and history. http://www.bimta.co.uk can check on the mileages on vehicles before they were imported.
  10. How do you know how much they offered? They were still trying to get him early on Tuesday morning even though they knew Newcastle still had a large bid on the table, surely they weren't expecting Real Madrid to sell him for 8 million.
  11. What's the mileage reading now? What model Toyota and how old is it? Probably best to go to a Toyota dealer or get someone to translate it. Hard to prove anything though, need to start looking back at the history of the car really. If they say it's due a belt change at 98,957 km (approx 60,000 miles), this would mean that it's already had a belt change since new. This would be indicated by the label having a specific figure instead of just 100,000 km, if you see what I mean! If it has got such a low mileage it should still be awaiting it's first belt change.
  12. I've done the front on mine. If there isn't a hex socket in the stud there'll be some flats behind the rubber boot. Use a 14mm spanner pushed behind the boot to hold it. The new ones I fitted had the hex socket so you can use an allen key. Hold it with an allen key and tighten up with a spanner, it should stop rotating now. It's possible to use a torque wrench now if you wish.
  13. You need to remove the headlight if you haven't, it's easy.
  14. Have you removed the headlights, so easy to see what's happening? The sideways stud that points towards the radiator is located in a slot in the bumper.
  15. No! Like Kopite says , Envy will sort you out. All parts available from your local Toyota dealer, wouldn't think they're any better at fitting them than a specialist garage though.

    New Wheels

No 6 are the nicest shape here (too shiny though) followed by no 5. From other pics I've seen the gunmetal car suits darker wheels .
  17. He'll look so in most of them I would think!
  18. Yes , definately the first thing to do. Also check the tension. I wouldn't get one from Toyota though , apparently they're approx £70.

    what tyres?!!

The most popular tyres on here are the Goodyear F1 GSD3. I lost the back end of the car going round a roundabout, wasn't going quick either and I've got the Goodyear's fitted. I think you've just got to be aware that the Supra can get loose at the back end quite easily. Just wait until they wear down and then get some new ones!
  20. Yes, there's a little box behind the dash close to the radio, from what I remember it's a small brown box.
  21. Yeah, it sounds the same. Cannot get it to do it going forward , but it's happening when reversing now. Might take the wheel off and have another look.
  22. That's a very difficult one. A shop I would think, maybe one that sells stuff for cars!

    underseal

Waxoyl is for cavities, no good for under the car. "Hammerite underbody seal" (it contains waxoyl) is what you need, or something similar.
