  1. I don't get a kick at all, never heard that mentioned before.
  2. Toyota discs and pads are good. You can get fast road pads from Chris Wilson which will give you an improvement. Always best to change pads aswell. Braided hoses aren't really necessary. 3. Thought you were going to say he had died. He gets so excited now and with getting older he's prone to making a few mistakes . Nice bloke though. Agree with you James, Martin Brundle is great but that James Allen gets on me nerves.
  4. About £150. The restictor ring can be put in at any time, it fits in between the flanges where the exhaust sections join.
  5. Bet you didn't know someone had one very similar. LOL This is mine!

    recaros

I've got factory recaros in black leather!
  9. Just take it out and put the new one in, you should only lose a little coolant and then top it up if necessary. No need to reset ECU.
  10. Definately, they should be banned for that alone. Trouble is that I don't suppose Ebay monitor such things.
  11. It's all about percentages though. They're got 96-97% of customers who are happy, overall they've had thousands of sales. If you look at all of the feedback it's no worse than a lot of other sellers on Ebay.
  12. An engine compression check will tell you whether pistons, rings or bore, are worn or damaged. It'll tell you if the inlet and exhaust valves are burned or failing to seat properly. It can even tell you if the cylinder head gasket has failed. 96% is near enough perfect, as you put miles on the car this figure will slowly drop. Having the same figure for all 6 cylinders means they're perfectly balanced in terms of compression which is what you want.

    It's dead easy to fit!
  14. I reckon the Mod must've had some complaints. Good luck and you're very welcome!
  15. Sometimes the existing aerial just isn't upto it and you need to upgrade. A rescan/retune can often restore lost channels http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/digital_tv/freeview_troubleshooting2.shtml#missing http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/digital_tv/freeview_coverage.shtml

  17. Like others have said, if the person who wants a test drive and they've got comprehensive they'll probably have third party cover to drive another car( but not always!). Third party cover makes them legal to drive the car, but if they cause any damage or wreck your car then you're screwed! If you're driving don't go too fast, just some relatively quick acceleration . If they've done there homework they'll know it's capabilities, only go quicker if requested. Driving fairly quick but smoothly is definately more impressive.

I don't think you need a Toyota one, someone will turn up and tell you where you can get one cheaper.

    Surpaforums?

10 month now, going back to the doctors tomorrow. The exercise thing might be a good idea, just been sitting around. Going to go back to work next week, see what I feel like. Glad you're feeling okay, it's a horrible thing to get.
