  1. I bent one of the levers when I did the van, I've learnt my lesson too!
  2. Jody, have you got or are going to buy the Racing Hart CR's. I'm thinking about getting the same ones in 18", the ones in the pic were 19":)
  3. Definately wind back the handbrake, if you force them off you may damage the handbrake mechanism. The lip that has been created in the drum can make them difficult to remove.
  4. 50% of the time when I wave to another Supra driver I get totally ignored!
  5. They are indeed the injectors. If you replace the glowplugs then get some decent ones, either from the vehicle dealer or some Bosch ones. Cheap ones are a waste of money as they don't last long at all.
  6. Front 323mm Rear 324mm UK brakes are the same as the US ones. Edit: These are the larger UK spec brakes which were fitted to some J spec cars aswell like Steve pointed out. Not sure of the smaller brake disc sizes.
  7. You can also use a hairdryer or hot air gun on the outside, but you should remove the bulbs first . I think the main cause is bad ventilation , I added an extra vent to the top of mine. The facelift lights on mine have a vent in the top, the earlier ones didn't.
  8. I was looking in the workshop manual supplied by CJ, the proper Toyota tool is almost exactly the same as the balljoint separator tool.
  9. This intercooler may well work and be good value for money. As far as I know I've never heard of any tests being done to establish which the best ones are.
  10. I saw a set of rear lights on Supraforums similar to this, they were on a black car aswell. They looked really nice!
  11. I've got quality steel ramps with 2" planks reinforced with steel angle to reduce the slope. I bolt the planks to the ramps first. Much safer and loads more space than axel stands.
  12. Yes , I thought the shocks would be expensive with the hydraulic lines and the unit that sits in the middle. Wouldn't it be better to just fit aftermarket shocks if you need to and just remove the reas setup altogether. You could get a great setup with good quality shocks at a fraction of that price.
  13. Matt Harwood on here is the only person to ask, he does this stuff for a living. I've heard he's very busy. Hope he doesn't mind me mentioning him!
  14. 35 offset might just fit. 20 offset is far too little, standard is 50 Won't do your wheel bearings much good.

    You can part no 90339-10002-C0
  16. I've got the part numbers if you need them, didn't want to jump in if Nic was going to sort it for you.
  17. Buying the larger bulk pack is a little cheaper on Ebay. I'm still not sure if this stuff is worth it, either way it's not cheap. My car is much quieter now though.
  18. Anyone on here selling this car , good price and looks nice. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1997-TOYOTA-SUPRA-3-0-TT-Tiptronic_W0QQitemZ4619151815QQcategoryZ18290QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  19. My eyes are full of tears reading this, tragic . Look after yourself and Jessica!
  20. The cheapest place for dynamat extreme is ebay, to do the doors and rear you'll need atleast two bulk packs to do it properly. There are alternatives , but I haven't tried them.
  21. Think it might be 50mm.
