Whats the current method you use clear car windows of ice and why? Remove most of the ice with a scraper, squirt on a little de-icer and then get in the car and put the defrost blower setting on full blast. Any current problems people have with exisitng products they use? i.e. Scrapers etc... Yes, I can never find the scraper I used last during the previous winter. How long does it usually take you to clear your windows of ice? 5 mins Does anyone use any different methods to normal? (i.e. different to scraping, deicer, cover, jug of water etc..) Nope. Has anyone made any modifications to the equipment they currently use to improve it? No modifications but recently I've been using an A4 size 4mm thick piece of plastic which removes the ice quicker. How annoying on a scale of 1-5 is it to have to clear the ice off on cold mornings? 5 = Very Annoying 1 = Not bothered. 3
  2. I've lost all respect for him and a few other England players to the extent that I don't watch international football at all now.

  5. I had a look on my car and on my epc. You are correct, 87245-1B300 is the correct part number.
  6. It must've been absolutely terrifying.
  7. Why would you say that? You've got someone else's number plate fitted?
  8. I think ABS was an option so you would have to check to see if it does have it fitted.
  9. The hard pipes are cheaper than I thought they would be at Toyota. If you're wanting the part numbers for the rigid pipes then say which ones you're after and I or someone else can look for the part numbers, cars fitted with ABS have different pipes.
  10. Didn't Martin Brundle say he had already passed Button and then went over the line, I would have to see it again?
  11. Well I spoke the truth didn't I! I'm sure many people thought exactly that, I was the only one who had the nerve to say it. I wouldn't have said one word if he'd admitted some responsibility.
  12. We shouldn't be living in a country where medical research into diseases such as cancer and care for the terminally ill relies so heavily on charitable donations, so my money would go there.
  13. Different front bumper and obviously no spoiler, wheels like mine. They look really nice in gunmetal. .
  14. I cannot see the pics, just red crosses. I've changed the format. I've had a look but cannot find what you're looking for. If no one on here can help then go to your local Toyota dealer with your car details: model number and frame number and they will supply any parts you need.
  15. How did it go with the 2 bolts screwed into the disc? They should be M8 and not M10.
  16. What a relief to find he's okay.
  17. Libya produces only about 2 percent of the world's oil. With most of the civilised world supporting the rebels and the very near prospect of the Libyan regime winning the war and being totally isolated afterwards the area would become a much more unstable place with Gaddafi in charge. Probably not too dissimilar to turning the clock back 20 years with them actively supporting terrorism.

  21. I know a place that might sell them, I bought some UK caliper pistons from them which were stainless. They sell J spec caliper pistons aswell, you could ask if they're also stainless.
  22. I looked into this recently. The standard JB Weld can be used up to 260°C so it would be okay for powder coating. (takes a long time to harden though) The JB Weld Kwik isn't as good at 150°C, might just be okay. JB Stik will fully cure in 20-30 minutes , okay upto 260°C I wish I could find a local supplier, I used to buy it at the local car accessory shop but when I wanted some a couple of years ago I couldn't find any locally anywhere, they all stopped selling it. You can get it on Ebay but that's not ideal if you're in a hurry.
  23. Jenson Button, Mclaren testing today. Measuring the deflection of the front wing? Red Bull had a similar setup for testing last year.
