  1. You've also got to be aware that the spokes clear the front brakes, especially the larger UK spec calipers.

    o2 sensor

I failed the MOT because of the emissions, it was also running very rich which showed up with the sooty plugs. Think I read somewhere that if it stops working then the ECU will richen the mixture to prevent engine damage. If you've got a multimeter it can be tested to some extent, I couldn't do mine as the later cars don't have the pins to measure from. You'll have to do a search for that stuff- I've forgotten.
  3. In my opinion they look shite! Just like a taxi or such like that's had a prang, got a new bonnet fitted and couldn't be bothered to get it painted! LOL
  4. Got to be Alonso unfortunately with Fisichella being the buffer infront of Schumacher. I just hope Schumacher can get into second at the start, if that doesn't happen he will go backwards with Alonso pulling away. Don't know why the McLarens are so slow! The Ferraris have a massive speed advantage on the long straight over all the other cars, they've got a flexible rear wing which deforms at speed to reduce drag! They'll surely be massive complaints after the race as this is outlawed, or the other teams will follow suit with designs of their own.

    Caliper color

Very nice! Where did you get the decals from? Did you do the red underlining yourself, I haven't seen any for sale like that?

    Caliper color

Red will look good on a silver car. Did mine a year ago and they have stayed perfect. Plasti Kote.
  7. You don't have to use high temperature paint. If you want to paint them red then get some Plasti Kote bright red spray , it's much nicer than the Hammerite which I tried aswell. Because the calipers won't be perfectly smooth I used some grey hammered finish spray first and then the bright red. B&Q and Halfords sell the Plasti Kote spray paint.
  8. The Chris Wilson pads will give you better performance but you'll get a little bit more brake dust than the standard pads. Was your aim to get less dust with the green stuff pads? Need to wash the wheels more often.
  9. Exactly! I've ordered some 19" wheels, they'll look so nice. Jamiep car is running a big single!!!!!!!! I would get some more opinions first, from those who have 19" wheels would be good.
  10. Unmodified car's are much more desirable. Great car, big brakes aswell. If the mileage was a little lower it would have been sold very quickly. 10.5k is a very good price.
  11. You'll also find that the boost will vary with the outside temperature , set it at 1.0 bar on a warm summer's day and it will go up as the weather gets cold again.
  12. Shit, hope you're okay. Just got to look at some people the wrong way.
  13. Why would anyone who's sane want a beige carpet? I could understand it if the dash and door cards were beige but they're not.
  14. No. I put about 3 litres in , leave it for 5 minutes then a little more in until it gets to about the mid level on the dipstick. Don't put too much in. It will go down a little after you run the car. Other stuff and Transmission servicing , make sure use the correct amount of oil. You don't want to knacker the gearbox. http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/resources_supra.htm
  15. You can get some versions very cheap!!!!!!!!!
  16. I got some recently, the shade of red was too light. Cannot get a good match anywhere.
  17. Anyone know of any decent bodyshops in the North East - Tyneside. Got a few chips on the bonnet, might get it painted. Thanks
