I was doing the squat a couple of month ago and decided to up the weight a little. On the second rep I heard a loud crunch from my back, managed to put the weight down and stagger away, it took about 3 or 4 weeks to recover. Quite frightening at the time, I concentrate on form more than ever now. The squat is by far the best exercise really, not just benefiting your legs/arse - it's great for the whole body!

Chips on the bonnet and one or two on the wings which I'm going to sort. Fitting a new skirt soon, the previous owner cracked it. Soon it will be perfect!

Hi I've just checked the Toyota EPC(covers the VVTI aswell), the con-rods are the same in the VVTI as the ones in our UK spec car which are the same as your US car. part no - 13201-46040

Depends on the thickness you want to use really, thin ones are okay. The loading on the wheel studs will change and the nuts won't go on as far! You still want the hub centic ring to locate properly aswell.

Like all wheels they'll come in different offsets. Have a word with Ibrar Jabbar , he'll know for certain. He's a trader on here who can get you them. http://www.pro-alloys.co.uk/

Unfortunately you've got no chance of finding some Volk GTC's in stock anywhere in this country. Mine should be arriving soon though.

You would think they would've had more than one camera that picked up the plane flying in. It is the base for the US military, probably the most secure building in the world.

I know what you're getting at though, it would be so difficult flying a commercial airliner into the pentagon. They've kept this incident rather quiet compared to the twin towers.
