Sounds like you need a new pump, the bearing must be worn out. If you've sprayed the WD40 behind the pulley and against the pump then you'll have lubricated the bearing, which will temporarily make it quieter.

Top screws......90467-09096........you'll need 6 . Not sure about the bottom ones, one has 3 fixings, the other 5. When you select those parts it doesn't indicate clearly what production dates they are for.

Silver 199....... 53112-14070-B0...... grille radiator lower Screws ........ 90159-50322 .......you'll need 4 , not sure if they come in a pack of 4

Just beat me. I couldn't see a part number just for the casing. There's just a part number for the complete diff which does change from 95 to 97, part numbers for all the internal bits but not one for the casing. There's one for the rear cover which is identical.

Have you got the model No, the top line on the Vin plate. Mine is E – JZA80 – ALFQZ. I need the last 5 digits, with these I can enter them into the Toyota EPC.
